AT&T cell service is poor at our new residence. I have contacted ATT&T and spent hours on the phone. I have traveled from one AT&T store to another. There is a solution. It is an AT&T mini cell tower for my house. AT&T wants $200 and a monthly contract of $14.95 for this. I am a senior citizen and have had AT&T for many years. AT&T customer service phone reps don't speak good English and do not seem to want to help. Could that be because they are in a foreign country?

AT&T customer service does not seem to care if I change carriers or not....

I called AT&T Cust.Care on 6th Dec regarding upgrading my device (Ph-8486674298) and the representative offered me the Galaxy Note 3 for 199.99 with 2 yr contract but I was not sure about the color of the device therefore I asked her that I will call again to confirm the upgrade. She said that she will mention every thing in the case notes so next time I can call and order the device directly. My husband and I have been with AT&T 15 years. In Oct 2012, we called to question something on our bill. During the conversation, my husband was offered a free texting promo for 6 months (which was thru April 2013). He said ok, we'll try it. 5/19/2012 Our family signed up joining family wireless phone plan with ATT Sale in Irvine, Ca. One of the line were told by the sales Michael H was a system generated error which resulted over charge $44.23 every month.
The sales has credited me 3 months and he told us the problems will be fixed. ( History of all the email communications are available) After 5 months the $44.23/mo. overcharge still not resolved. And now has past the one month back out period.
The Sales person told me Nov, 5th, 2012 to deduct $88.25 from the Nov 2012 bill. ATT wireless sent me letter to pay the $88.25...

AT&T Wireless has the worst customer service and policies ever. I suffered for couple of years until I finally cacnelled my services with them. Even at the time of cancellation, they gave me hard time: They charged me for the full month of service for only using 8 days in the same service month. Yesterday I went to a store and asked for a cell phone to be discontinued, the employee failed to tell me about temporary holds. 3 times in the last 6 months our personal information was accessed within - we loss service as result- iPhones were added on my account & procured at the store. Each time our information is changed and our account is set up to add more equipment.
When I called upon the 3rd breach they woudn't talk to me because my name was not on the account....

All AT&T customers should know this.

1. Check when your billing cycle ends.
2. Check your detailed minute usage at www.att.com on the day your billing cycle starts.
3. You'll see the minute usage from past 2 days of minute/data usage prior to your billing cycle.

4. You call AT&T 1-800-331-0500 to find out why it does not get refreshed on the end of your billing cycle, and be told that AT&T is in the process of finalizing your bill and it would be corrected within next 72 hours.
5. You live your normal life and find out that it happening...

I've had AT&T for several products for various amounts of time. I had internet with them a couple years ago that made me pray for Dial-up again. After several "tech" visits and product replacements I cancelled the account and as directed mailed back my wireless router. Several months later I got a bill for seveal hundred dollars for this router. After tracking the package and knowing they had recieved it (it appeared the lost the router as it did not get checked back into their system) I was told I still had to pay or it was going to go on my credit. I have extremely unfortunate case with AT&T.
It just breathtaking on all levels how AT&T handle
ordering and potential disputes originating from it.
It's a comedy of errors on all levels.
As many others, I rushed to order iPhone4S as soon
as it become available on AT&T - October 7 - and this was probably BIG
error on my part. After 5th attempt, I was able to process

My cell service was suspended because I was over 15 days past due. I have been with AT&T for over 2 years and have been in excess of 30 days past due numerous times but this was the first time I was suspended. When I discovered that I was suspended, I paid immediately. Later that day I received a notice in the mail saying I was AT RISK of being suspended (letter was dated 5 days prior).
