Good evening sir/ma.
Parce was sent to me in Nigeria from the UK by a friend but I sense scam due to the nature of receipt I recieved. I want to confirm the authenticity of the package, here is the message sent to me by SMS "Dear Customer. Your Parcel with Reference Number (437) is now available for pick up. Atlantic Cargo Service. Cargo Warehouse Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja Nigeria. For inquiries on home delivery or pick up, call customer care on [protected] ATLANTIC SERVICES"
Desired outcome: The customer desk response was not promising, I was told 3 times of calling her, but she kept posting me.
Shipment/shipping service
An on line friend sent me a pacel through Atlantic express and cargo via Lagos international airport and when the pacel arrived I was sent this message below!
Dear Customer. Your Parcel with Reference Number (437) is now available for pick up. Atlantic Cargo Service. Room 116 SAHCOL Complex Building Murtala Muhammed International Airport Ikeja Lagos, Nigeria. For inquiries on home delivery or pick up, call customer care on [protected] ATLANTIC SERVICES
The Truly Receipt
I just want to checked my packages who send by someone in London. But that packages has been detained by customs in Indonesia. And your company(cargo) send me an email which was I must pay them 4.5 million rupiah to them account bank. Is that true? I can send a screenshot that email to you. And I already asking that customs in Indonesia and they said it was all lying modes. Please help me fix that cause they always threaten me to report to the police. Please help🙏

A Facebook friend of mine who stays in London just sent me a package to Nigeria through Atlantic express and Cargo company, the package contains an apple phone and laptop. But now the delivery agent is now requesting some money from me bfore bringing the item to my location, I told them I will pay once I receive the package without any scratch but they refused. Pls help me to check if this is a scam or legit. The information needed are in the delivery ticket attached below. Thanks.
