was purchased with AlphaWipe on 4/28/08. It did not clean all the spyware and thy said there ould no be a refund until you contact customer service to see ifthey could fix theproblem. I have contacted them but the problem remains. The # above...

Installed their product to computer, did not clear errors as stated. PC not working correctly after download. I found out next day that they have billed my MasterCard twice for three times the stated cost of their product. Unable to contact their company for answers or complaints....
