I have had nothing but negative experiences with this company since I first became a member in August of 2008. I have lost over 20,000 USD to their dishonest services. They claim to be a reputable mail-order bride service, but in reality, they are just a scam designed to cater to retired elderly individuals or hopeful dreamers who believe their lies and give away their money in the hopes of marrying a young, attractive, or loyal lady from their site. However, these ladies are actually con artists working for the agency's benefit.

Since 2008, I have been in contact with various "agencies" (not actual women) on the site who claimed to be interested in serious relationships, but they were only after people's money. I was deceived twice by agencies that offered a paid fake-translation service. In these cases, only the translator would communicate with me, promising love and even marriage. However, when I arrived in the ladies' cities, it was extremely difficult to arrange a first date. And if I did manage to meet the person of interest, it was always with an interpreter present to ensure the success of the scam.

After much struggle, I was able to arrange a first date with the first scammer in the lady's hometown. I had to visit the cultural affairs office and speak to the head manager to get in touch with the fraudulent agency. Finally, I had my first fake date with a woman who had never even read my 8-month-long correspondence. On my second trip to the same city, I went to meet the second woman, but she never called or showed up for the date, despite promising her undying love and devotion to me. I waited for three hours at a restaurant and ended up getting rained on!

I then started searching for women whose profiles were on the site and found them on other social networks like ***. However, none of them accepted my friend requests or contacted me through these channels. Many of them had conflicting stories or bios on their outside social pages, and some were already in relationships with other people. They often had pictures with their boyfriends, even though they had promised loyalty only to the clients on the site!

As someone deeply familiar with the world of online dating, I must say that AnastasiaDate.com offers a mixed bag of experiences. First I dated a girl from Moscow that I met on another site. We had a great time but it was decided not to be a long term relationship (we are still friends on Facebook because she was awesome also). I decided to give it another try after reading about Anastasia in Forbes. I joined and became overwhelmed with all the women on the site. I narrowed it down to my top ten and went from there. My co-workers also helped me pick. We corresponded by email for a month and then I decided to call her using Anastasia translator service. I don't know what was said but my lady spoke english and asked me about Skype. Anyway we talked to each other for several months and it was decided to visit her. I obtained a Russian visa from Visa HQ and away I went. I flew on my first TU-154 to her city. She was EXACTLY as presented by photos and Skype. Also met the entire family while there. Nicest people you will ever meet. As soon as I met her, I knew she was the one. I asked her to marry the second day there, but she wasn't prepared (but she didn't say no). I flew back to Russia three more times before she finally said yes. The visa process took a little over six months, she flew back with me and we were married a month later. BEST decision I ever made. I was 56 when we met and she was 48. I wanted someone closer to my age and didn't want to raise another daughter even though they said you could go as high as 25 years difference. I also recommend a book I found that was really helpful (I didn't want to make another mistake after my first try). It's called "Understanding Russian Women". I can't remember the author, sorry

I joined Anastasia in March 2014, before I joined I read as many reviews as I could, some very positive some very negative. From these I formed my own opinions and I am glad that I made the right decision to join. I have met my future partner here and I am thankful for this and pleased that I made the right decision. I have had the opportunity to chat to thousands of very beautiful women, and have enjoyed every minute. The Ladies from the Ukraine have a far better view on life and values than Western women. They are positive, knowledgeable and show maturity far beyond their age. Of course the photos are professional and so they should be, but everyone that I spoke to or corresponded with readily supplied natural photos, they are proud too. I would further add, do not be afraid of age differences, all that I have spoken with, very openly state that they do not want a young, buck, they all see their future with an older, more mature and stable person, so enjoy your life it is as precious to them as it is to you! Like everything in life there are always bad apples in every barrel, they are not too difficult to spot and Anastasia take every effort to remove them. Always use your own common sense; if you are in doubt of something then you are probably correct. It is far easier to say yes or no or walk away on the internet.
I have had reason to use their help line on two occasions, one for a technical video link problem (my computer) and one to query a promotional item. On both occasions I received very prompt and helpful service and advice. Excellent; that is the function of a helpline.
Yes; there is a cost involved in using this site, it can be expensive, when you look it is no more expensive than any other, you know what you pay for, nothing hidden as other sites do. I have used the video links and they far exceed other sites that I have used. Good sized screen to view and I will say it adds so much more to the experience! On another dating site I got a video screen of just 3 cm X 2 cm (roughly 1 inch) I could not see and at exactly the same cost as this site, absolutely no comparison.
I will add the following, this is not a shill posting, and I am nothing to do with Anastasia or any of its associated companies. This is my honest opinion and I am entitled to that.

I signed for the site about 4 years ago. How many men I met in real life? Just 5 men, who had serious intentions and who came from the other side of the World to meet me. It was a honor, of course.
But, first who came, was a man from UK, who lied about his age. His profile says he was 45 and in fact he was older than 70. What I should do with that old guy? Changing his diapers? Alright, we had coffee and I ran away, really mad at myself, because I had to insist to talk with camera first, before meeting in real life.
So, next one was from Brazil. OMG, you had to see his outfit, he was dressed like a homeless man, I was really ashamed to walk the street with him. And I still can't forget his old white snickers, that was a complete turn off.
The third one, was from Australia. A very nice person, but he had problems with alcohol, he was drinking a lot, every time we gone out, when he came to my city. And the the other thing - he was sweating like a pig, all the time. And he had long gray hair in both of his ears. Blaaahhhh, disgusting.
But a great person to talk to in internet, very intelligent guy. Miss our conversations sometimes.
The 4th one was from Cali. A sick [censored], who told me from the first time he saw me, that he wants me to make a tattoo with his name on my body. Isn't it sick? He was obsessed with me, like he never met any woman in real life. That was really weird.
Finally, the 5th man I met on anastasiadate, was from USA and guess what? He was Russian, who moved to the states many years ago. So babes, we date in real for a year, we meet often and travel together. We have lots of common and this is the best part.
What I want to tell, to those guys, who say that the site is a scam:

If you are older than 40, never ever any girl younger than 33, will have a relationship with you. The site is giving you a wrong image, so you all start believing that teen girls from Ukraine will fall in love with you for your citizenship. Bullshhh...! All they want - a sugar daddy, who will never come to Ukraine. That's it. Yes, they are all beautiful, but no one of them wants you for who you are. All they want - your money.
Please, open your eyes to the site and if you really want to marry a good woman, seek someone older than 35.
Don't think please, that men in Ukraine are that bad, as the site describes. All those women, who write that local men are mostly alcoholics, jobless and etc, they just lie, to get your money and to give you the impression that you are special one. And you are not. You just can't be special, because you guys on there have completely different culture, mentality. Basically, we have nothing to speak about with you, because you know nothing about Russian culture, movies, jokes and etc. Yes, site pays for chats, true. But! Why the heck I have to spend my free time on talking with a man, who is never serious or who will never come to meet me in real? That's a waste of time, nothing else. If a woman see that you invest money in the future relationship, If she sees that you are making steps to get her- She will be more opened to you. Unresolved issue - in beginning Anastasia date was nice now it's down, i lodge a complaint to re - instate my email notifications on my device since i accidentally unsubscribed from they're email notifications, it's now close to two weeks no response, i even foned 3 times to them and they say will come back to me and nothing. - I have sent many emails to [protected]@anastasiadate.com they just ignore you flat out.

Hello, ive been scamed over instagram and forced to send a video allowing to use my pictures etc, been promised to receive the payment of 1500$ and after forwarding it i never received anything and person blocked me. I demand to delete any pictures of mine and if thats not going to happen im going to report this case to police.

Yep ... total scam ! The women are definitely real and definitely sit in front of their laptop computers when you video chat with them. BUT, all they do is SIT THERE ! They are not actually typing or doing anything else UNLESS you ask them to do something like wave their hand, then they will actually wave their hand, or blow them a kiss when they are looking at you directly, and they will blow you a kiss back and smile. You can even ask them to write out your name on a paper and hold it up for you to clearly see your name written right there on paper. But it's the "translators" who are telling them what to do, because as you're chatting (typing) during a normal conversation, you are only chatting with a "translator" and the lady sitting in front of you on your screen is doing NOTHING but just SITTING there. How do I know this? It's very easy to tell. I got agitated once while chatting with a lady on AnastasiaDate video chat because her replies were taking too long, sometimes almost a minute would pass by before her reply showed up on my screen! And while I sat there waiting for her reply, it was completely obvious that she didn't move her arms at all, not even one time! But this is only one of many MANY times I could tell, especially after video chatting with so many ladies, I've lost count. And I've been a member of AnastasiaDate starting back in 2016. Trust me, AnastasiaDate is a damn scam ! Don't waste your time and money! Even if you think you've found an honest woman on there, chances are you will only get your heart broken when you finally realize how much time and money you spent on someone who ultimately was never really corresponding with you as you thought. Also, I'm convinced that not all women profiles on Anastasiadate are real and willing to marry, since they often refuse to use alternative ( free) messengers, even when they know you really long enough to trust you 100%. It makes me query their intentions and reasons for being on a dating site.

I think this is very hard for me to even comment on the site because I have complained so many times to Anastasia date and how women always makes up excuses to never want to meet and hear you are spending hundreds of dollars and when you meet that right one she has you by her grasp! I have talk to the same girl for over a year and a half and every time I ask her about going out on a date or even meeting each other. I have been a member of Anastasiadate web site and I have been scammed by several of the girls (workers). For instance, two different girls (Olga and Jovana) who sent me the same exact photos, then there were two other so-called girls (workers) who begged me to send them gifts because they plan to travel to USA and that want a serious man, so after I purchased and sent them both gifts they quit the web site, and they never contact me, after they scammed me out of expensive Anastasiadate web site gifts, another time is when a Polish girls (Elizaveta) chats with me for 6 months, we exchnage photos, and Elizaveta tells me she lives in Warsaw Poland, and she is trying to get her polish passport and USA visa to travel to USA, she begs me to send her gifts with my contact information, so I send the Polish girl a post card with my contact information with gifts, only to find out that my gifts were not deivered to a Polish girl who lives in Warsaw but to a Russian person who lives in Saint Petersburg, Russia. I showed and I told the web site Elizaveta chat message which proves she lied, used false fake profile, and she lived in Russia he entire life, thje web site backs the scammer. These are only five scammers that I can recall

The idea of dating a Ukrainian woman is great and it can work fine on legit sites like J4Date.club

but Anastasiadate has turned a gem into a t*rd by hiring hundreds or maybe thousands of women from Ukraine and Russia and paying them for “working” in chats. Sometimes they even hire men who pretend to be the women. In both cases they use photos of “models” who also get their share. And they want us to pay for this! Don’t be their naïve victim! Avoid at all costs!

I made payment only once, and then deleted my account.
Inspite of deleting my account, I am being regularly billed 1700 baht.
I want an immediate cancellation of the billing .
I want s refund of all the excess amount billed.

on the 5th of August tis year, I purchased a 20 min ( or so it is supposed to be ) time credit, my bank authorised the payment and handed me back to Anastasia date or there collection agency, I went to chat to a lovely lady and was told I had to buy credit. I thought the payment hadn't gone through, so purchased some more credit, this also didn't give me the time I had paid for, tried contacting Anastasia date, like it said on there blurb, no response, so tried using there telephone numbers, again no success, tried various ways of putting the telephone numbers, still no joy. Checked my bank statement on the Sunday and I had been charged for both occasions without being able to have a live conversation with the girl. The total I was charged was £22.96, the times of these two incidents was, 21.31pm and 21.37pm.

My name is Denis Konovalov and registered on Anastasiadate recently. I noticed lots of discrepancies with one particular lady on the site I communicated with. I have and an instagram account and I google search the ladies photos on her profile and saw that she is married. The lady is Valeriya id 1949942. Her instagram account is (lerunya.a) and her husbands is (v.agupov) both from Luhansk and not Kiev. Did more research and there is a photo album from the wedding that happen last year in August (2020). Well, I lost on this website about 1k dollars and then got to know that i was talking to a man. All i wanted was to find someone nice to talk to, you know someone female. But, I guess, it wasn't met to be on this website! maybe some girls are real, from what I saw only 1% of them are real.
If you want to talk to someone there, just write to theirs support, might be the same people anyway!

i was working in the agency Meet the love until yesterday, when Zaklina Revaj and Miroslav Pajkic deleted my profile without even asking me. There was a problem with the payment on Paxum, the site didnt want to make a transaction, so people freaked out, but the problem is, i just asked them to send me my salary and i would figure out on my own how to get my money, but Zaklina started accusing me that i`m going to (excuse me for this kind of language, but i have to write everything that happend so i can apply in other agency) screw everybody over because if she sends me my salary then she wont be able to tell you people to take the money back so that you can send them everybodies salary in another way, by bank of western union. She didnt give us all the information at the begining of the day, so when she accused me i defended myself and said she cant talk to me like that, i always helped every girl in the agency, i also brought a lot of them to work for our agency and i never got a bonus or anything. i just want to be able to work again, soon, not in 1 year, because it wasnt fair for them to delete me just because they didnt explain the problem right so everybody would understand, they didnt give all the information right away, because if they did, i wouldnt have asked them to send me my salary but i would have waited like everybody else.
