Apparently this company likes to practice extortion by sending items you never ordered or agreed to without any communication and then they try to charge you for it. This constitutes extortion and is an absolutely foul business practice. American Mint should be completely ashamed of themselves and their leaders should be brought up on criminal charges and have a federal lawsuit filed against them for extortion and fraud.

American Mint, how dare you.

I sent a $9.95 check for ONE Trump coin and got a packet of stuff I did NOT expect. Fliers in glossy color with coins sets with crazy high prices and greatly reduced "specials". The most sophisticated scam I have ever seen, I now regret sending that check. The worst thing was a "watch" made in the PRC aka Chyna.Not very MAGA at all.

I do not trust this kind of marketing and am very angry at this "company" for exploiting patriots.

You guys trying to sue me for 120 and make me pay for nothing I brought I never ordered stop trying to make me pay for something I never order

Ironically, these are knives made in China. People buy from the American Mint thinking that they are getting something American, and proudly expressing their patriotism for the USA.

Give me a break. NOWHERE ON THE American Mint website, does it confess that these knives are made in China. It talks up the product with slick marketing that you think and assume that they are made by American artisans, but no. Shame on them for being misleading.

I ordered a couple of coins which I paid for. Then I started getting coins I did not order and I sent them back that cost 12.00 to send back. Now I'm getting billed for somekind of knife or knives for 226.55 that I never ordered or received.
I am a widow on SS with 3 kids I'm still raising. I would never order such a thing. I can barely keep my head above water.

I have been buying from American Mint for a long time. I placed an order in April and sent payment and they sent me a letter in June with my check enclosed indicating they will not take my check for payment. They want either a cashier check or money order. And to make matters worse enclosed with the letter and my check, there was another order from a person with their check and order form. This person lives on the other side of the country from me. I don't know if they sent him a letter indicating the same information that was in my letter. So this person must be wondering where their order is and probably checking their bank account to see if the check has cleared. I sent an email to American Mint indicating my problem and the other order they sent me. I suggested they get in touch with this person and explain how they screwed up. I still have that person's check but I don't know what to do with it. I also received another letter in June dated April 19, 2021 with an invoice attached for $39.90 but there was no information what it was for. The invoice only had the amount due but no description of the item. I will not be purchasing anything from American Mint any more.

Ordered one item. It was several weeks before they sent it, and when they did, they sent and Billed me for TWO items instead of one And they charged 5 times as much for the second one. placed an order for $19.95 plus shipping, but they billed me for $135.73! When I called to ask how to return it, they Would Not even connect me without answering personal questions so that they could give me a "Special Offer" for "selected individuals".
I called back, trying to get to a person, or even an automated system 3 times and then it started giving me a message that "You have dialed a number that is not available from your calling area". American Mint is a TERRIBLE company--Don't buy Anything from them.

Received notice of last available Trump gold coin availability. Since I had received a notice previously to order it, I thought the notice was credible. Was to redeem my credit voucher before it expires. Was for a Donald Trump Commander-in-Chief Colossal Commemorative Coin. Chase Bank is bank the check was processed through.

I sent a check for $25.90 for a Buffalo Knife, item 5277771. I received several other items I did not order and am instructed to return unwanted items.
I expect a return label.
I should not be responsible for return costs on items I did not order.
I believe the law says I can keep the items not ordered!
Sent me a prepaid return label and I will return unordered items.

I ordered some Trump collector coins and $2 bills. I did receive them and paid for them. They kept sending me letters with credit balance offers/ "demands", then sent me coins I never ordered. I shipped them all back with a demand to cease and desist letter. They still sent me mail, I called and told them to cease and desist. They claim it takes 90 days to stop getting their garbage mail. Refused to get a supervisor or manager on the phone. The employees are programmed little snotty little robots with their well versed canned comments. They keep repeating the same thing over and over. No wonder they are 1 star rated! I should have looked them up before I took them up on their offer in the first place. What a scam of a company!

My father a ninety-one year old senior) paid for and received a Head of State Bowie knife from American Mint out of Mechanicsburg, PA. He paid $29.95 + postage for it. In the box with the order, he also received Chief Executive Knife at a price of $99.95 + postage (total $107.74). This second knife was NOT ordered. According to the Federal Trade Commission, unordered items need not be returned or paid for. This issue is causing my elderly father much distress, which he does not need, and should be addressed immediately! He will not be going to the post office to mail it back; he can barely walk. I'm sure the postal service and every other government agency would help out with this matter. For now, I want this company to send nothing more and expect nothing.

You are charging me $101.94 adding a late fee of $14 to the original fee of $87.94 for something I'm not responsible whatsoever.
I did'n sign a request for all this material, I was never interested in such material and for that reason I will never, never pay the bill.
Please, do not scary me with the collecting company, because I am 100% sure I did not ask for these material. It was of no interest to me.

Placed an order for one Make America Great Again pocket knife on October 27. Finally just received the order today (12/24/20) with an invoice dated 11/30/20. Where the heck has it been? Also, the first item on the invoice was for a "Watch Make American Great Again" (Never ordered it). Second item was "Make America Great Again" pocket knife. That was what I originally ordered and I sent my check #368 for $26.90 on November 9th. The third item was "Buy American, Hire American" which I never received not ordered. The 4th item says "Collector's Choice Offer 1". No idea what that is and didn't receive it. My Account No. is [protected]. As far as I'm concerned, the pocket knife was finally received and I am done with American Mint. I tried to call the number on the invoice but the recording said they weren't open. If I need to return anything that wasn't on my original order, please let me know ASAP and I will do so.

Order of Trump Coin approx. a month or more, and no confirmation of receiving my order, no coin nothing. I am still wanting that coin only, and am awaiting some sort of reply It is the Commemerative 24 k layered Coin costing $19.95. When ordered I stated that that coin was the only one of any interest to me.

I have received numerous bills for something I never ordered or received. They have now turned this over to a collection agency. I have asked them to send me proof of purchase and so far nothing. On December 11 2020 my husband called 4 different times to speak to a supervisor and was told none were available. This has been going on since May of this year an I would like to resolve it. One of the calls I made they said they would send a form stating I never received this, sign it and return the form. Again, I received no form or proof of purchase. My 93 year old mother who lives on Social Security has multiple charges on her credit card. InJulythere are three charges: $198.53 (07/02), 102.96 (07/06), $198.53 (07/18). My mother broke her hip in February and being fiercely independent - went home. She lived alone until today. Last week she fell and broke her shoulder. She no longer can live alone. We are cleaning out her house and discovered her Chase Credit Card bill. When we saw the three charges for American Mint in one month we knew something was wrong. The thing is I only have 1 month and I don't know how far the charges go back. As we have cleaned out her place, we see no coins are nothing with American Mint. We don't know if she is getting calls and being scammed. All I know is my mother is unable to afford this product. I would like to request a refund for all her charges.
Also, please do not contact my mother with any future promotional, etc.I hope you will help me resolve this matter. I am contacting the bank card company for any other charges, but it is my hope we can resolve this mattering that is borderline elder abuse. All we have is the Chase credit card info--we have not found any certificates or anything that helps with a customer number.All we have is the phone number to American Mint--no reference numbers for merchandise.

I ordered coins for $16 and on the invoice it said I would owe $80. So I sent the coins back with shipping and they never processed the refund that requested in writing according to their form. The package could be sitting at the post office unopened for all I know. A month later, my account is just charged for the $80. I didn't approve of this. I'll be going to the bank to report this unauthorized use of my account and reporting this company as a scam.

Last year I saw an add in American Rifleman for a TRUMP knife for $9.95 w/free shipping. I asked my 87yr. old mother if I should get it for my brother for x-mas. So I sent my check. I got the knife, then started getting billed for $59.95! I figured they made a mistake and would work it out. I'm familiar with the company, and always thought they were above such low dealings. The statements kept coming for $59.95! I wouldn't pay that amount for anything Donald Trump! Instead of fixing their problem they turned it over to a collection agency!I have always payed my legitimate bills, but I'll be damned if they are going to screw me. After thinking about it, I figured I would send them payments as it was my brothers xmas gift. I sent them $20.00 last month and have not heard from them since. I don't know who cashed the check. The collection agency wants (get this) $89.00!I I emailed them and told them to walk. I'm 67, have terminal cancer, and will pay the ripoff American Mint, but no collections agency. I will also sing all the way to the pearly gates against American Mints way of making money!
