I have been reading al these complaints about ASC and somehow I may be missing the fact that the Federal Government is doing something about them! Doesn't the SEC or FTC have something to do with this? How can they arrogantly behave in this manner?...

How could a company be allowed to scam hard working people out of their homes. They post payments late in order to charge late fees. We have been harrassed with foreclosure several times which forced us to file bankruptcy. With all the charges of late fee, we can't take out a second mortage...

My loan was transferred to ASC in 9/2006. I'm in the process of trying to refinance my loan now. ASC will not provide my mortgage broker with my payoff balance because I haven't made this months mortgage payment. Also, after reviewing my payments I noticed that in 2yrs only $912.17...
