I got scam by America's Choice Reader's Service and now I'm $1,423.03 debt

In December 2007 American reader contacted me regarding a magazine subscription promotion, They informed me they got my name and address from Mastercard because I am a card holder. I was told i would get $1000 gift card to spend online, and get membership that can save me a $1000 on groceries....
