Horrible customer service

I have bought online a refrigerated bakery case about three years ago from Alpha Restaurant Equipment. Due to wear and tear, two of the four lights fixtures are not working. I have gone to several local stores to see if I could replace them. I was told I had to get that from the manufacturer....
