VAS download charges despite reporting to customer care Complaint Rating: I find that Airtel is deducting Rs.14.99 intermittantly for VAS download. I have no interest in changing ring tones and I don't use their services. I reported to customer care and also sent deactivating message over the number given. But the charge continues. Very poor service! Complaint Rating: I have 2years validity, last Wednesday (1st Aug 2007), I had put the top up of Rs.55 dedicated account, with reference to airtel request sms. But yet its not credited to my account, I had called the customer support for more than 7 times, but no use, I got different answers from different CSR's....

No connection during validity period Complaint Rating: To whom it may concern I am without any connection since last four days during validity period . As GPRS was active on my phone thus i am unable to even disconnect it. Every day 12 rupees is being deducted from my balance. I called a zillion times to the customer care service...
