While connecting GPRS service with airtel, it shows 115 kbps speed, but practically it is something like 15 kbps... I tried to contact help center, no response from them. Company should have a good service backup. Hope will come up soon.

I live in Sindri, Dhanbad, Jharkhand. The speed of Airtel GPRS service is very slow about 10 times slower than they said to be which is 115.2Kbps. They have increased the charge of GPRS service to Rs. 249/- from Rs.99/- Monthly but not the speed.
