I have bought airtel sim from pune at December 06 but in that sim no facility of outgoing sms i have been complaint 50-55 times in airtel customer care center but no response from their side....

I have been using Airtle Prepaid since a couple of months. One thing that drives me nuts is false charging. I've activated GPRS which is meant to pull out 10 rs of my balance everyday. Lately, i have found that I get charged multiple times a day!!! Total amounts to 20~30 Per day.
