Today morning I got message that VAS download is done and 173/- is deducted from my account. With out any prior notification this was done. Even i don't aware of VAS at all.

For what sake they are doing like this!!!...

I am a GPRS user by airtel prepaid connection but GPRS not work properly since 08/06/2007. I contact many time to customer service on 121 but my problem are not solved. Because of GPRS problem I am loosing Financially & mentally....

Airtel Dealers provide wrong information regarding the scheme provided by Airtel. I ask about this to customer care they say u have to call us to gate any information, But when ever I have tried to call customer care about 10 to 15 minute to contact then.

The reason for cancellation is simple Poor Network coverage in Whitefield area & Poor Customer service (No Value added service / Billing Dispute etc)....
