Water heater broke on 12/18. Called the company numerous times through that evening and the next day, sent numerous emails which were bounced back to me. As of 12/22 no one has responded to my messages. I have submitted paperwork to my credit card company to dispute the charge for the money...

Had the service for almost a year and need service on refrigerator this morning and called the 866/674-6360 and the number has been disconnected. My food has been ruined and I am living on a budget. Please if you can help me to get in touch with these basterd it would be greatly appreciated.
