He had collected my E.B.F as per the company details and has not yet paid the same.When contacted he said that he cannot pay back the money as I have left the company i have given my resignation letter and have got the reliving letter as well .Want to get the money back

This institute recruits around 50 employees every year in the month of June and slowly they terminate one by one without paying their salary.
