Do not use this company! Once they get your name & number they will not stop calling you. No matter how many times you ask! You can receive 50 calls and ask them to stop each time... & still get 50 more calls. Never, never, never, use this company! Ever!

Unethical behaviour
Air condition went out so they were going to replace with new unit and new coils and the total would have been 6800. So I got and second opinion and this guy has 10 yr warranty cost 2224 on unit and the coil will work on this unit because it was just replace 1 yr ago. So they wanted to charge me this price. Then went to call them to cancel and like a fool I signed a paper not knowing that cancellation they would charge me 30 percent of the 6800. So I got took for 2000 and I am on social security. These people should be shut down in my book, they are crooks.
Abusive phone calls
I used Admiral AC one time about 6 yrs. ago. They were horrible and said I needed a new AC, which I did not. Since then, they repeatedly call my home an cell phone. I have asked them to QUIT calling for all of those 6 years. I am a Realtor and work from home. They repeatedly interrupt business calls, and my personal life. I even sent a certified letter threatening to sue them. They actually left me alone for about 6 weeks. They have started back with the never ending phone calls. There are 70 complaints about them to the Better Business Bureau, but they continue these ridiculous business practices. I am on the National Do Not Call Registry, but it does not good with them. NEVER EVER EVER USE THEM. HOW CAN I GET THEM TO STOP?
I've checked them on the BBB and they only have 5 complaints in the last 5 years. Your records are wrong so therefore, I can not believe anything you say.
