Activision Activision blames customers for their security issues

A hacker was able to access my Activision account and link a steam account without any kind of email confirmation. This user was unable to play call of duty MW3 under my name on their steam account. When I noticed, friends were being added, that I did not add, and I started being kicked off-line, because there were too many user request for my account, I reached out to Activision for support. I also reset my password to ensure anyone with a I also reset my password to ensure anyone with unauthorized access would be kicked out. They did not respond in a timely manner. As a result, the hacker was able to play a considerable amount enough to warrant a ban. When I tried to appeal the case, and explained that I had taken all of the steps that a person should take in this case to secure my account, Activision declared as the account holder it is my fault for any unauthorized access. I will never again purchase an Activision game or any Activision affiliated game.

Recommendation: Do not play Activision games.

Activision Greedy scum. On the path to being more greedy than EA

So recently, I have been playing warzone 2, DMZ to be specific. They promised us so many fixes with season 2's update and I gota tell ya. The game is worse than ever before. And they do NOTHING about it. They made a, what, 17gig? Update for this game that was nothing but weapon skins, maps and other nonsense that did NOTHING to resolve problems with the game. I give it a 2 star, because they have a really l, REALLY fun game. It's a damn shame that it's glitches and buggy as all Hell. This company is more concerned to sell battlepasses and the game itself rather than actually giving a $#*! about its players. For any activision employee that would possibly read this, pull your head out of your $#*!.

Activision I recently got banned on my COD account on blizzard for absolutely no reason

I recently got banned on my COD account on blizzard for absolutely no reason. I have been told that I have been hacking and using software and that is completely false as I have never used anything like that. I've grinded my account for years and to be wrongfully convicted of something like this is wrong, I have tried many many many times to reach Activision to figure out a resolution and nothing about this issue is being helped. It even got to the point where I had to re-buy the game in order to play again, to later find out my account is shadowbanned and that I can't play online with others. I don't understand this as I've done nothing wrong! I can't tell you the amount of times I've complained about how many hackers are on Warzone and Modern warfare and now I'm amongst them?! Please somebody help me as i'm honestly begging for help at this point. I've tried to get in contact through twitter multiple times, tried calling, put out tickets, and now to this. It's just super upsetting at this point. Hopefully I can reach a resolution

I was reported for offensive voice chat, but I don't even have a microphone... i was booted from the game and my account is now in review. I never even been on the voice chat. this is ridiculous. i can't believe i decided to pay for the season pass.

Account got perm banned after not logging in for 2 weeks and then playing plunder: blood money for 5 games I have contacted activision support many times but the results are the same, the support just answered: "I was able to confirm that Security actions were taken on your account, unfortunately, as player support we don't have the exact details as to why this happened, however, please be aware that the Enforcement team runs a thorough investigation before taking these actions on the account so all bans are final and not subject to review or appeal, and therefore are irreversible. I have purchased the game 2 time so I. An play on PC and PS5. I was playing the game and then disconnected from server. Then it said I was permanently banned. I was not cheating at all just playing the game as intended. I feel robbed of my money and now even if I try to creat a new account I get shadow banned after only getting 3-4 kills. Then they review my account and see nothing wrong and let me play again just to be banned again and again

Been playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and I have now been shadow-banned 3 times now the last being only 23 hours after the last. I enjoy playing this game but, keep being punished for no apparent reason. This banning nonsense is getting out of control, Activision really needs to step up and help its player base. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS SO I CAN PLAY WITHOUT HAVING TO WORRY ABOUT BEING BANNED EVERY OTHER DAY!

Activision False bans are discouraging recurring customers

False bans are discouraging recurring customers. Chip in $1,000,000 from your budget towards more competent anticheat devs and quality assurance members. The fact that this passed QA is incredibly concerning. A few stupid implementations I've read/experienced are: - Getting more than 15 kills in WarZone (20 now), gets you shadowbanned until a team member manually reviews your game footage. - Using software distributed by mouse manufacturers to adjust DPI and refresh rate false flags you to be manually reviewed. - If your account gets reported enough, you are automatically due for a manual review. Anticheats should be a dynamic system and need not limit players based on arbitrary values, which are totally achievable by any legitimate player. Your anti-toxicity team should be focused more on interactions between players rather than reviewing gameplay footage triggered by false flags. You are burning money this way. Some members report waiting up to two weeks for their account to be reinstated for false flags. I'll remind you, each of your games come out yearly. You are inducing, what I presume are recurring customers, a whopping 4% of the game's remaining life to COD jail. Most of the players who are getting banned are genuinely good players who actually enjoy the game and are more receptive to buying microtransactions. The entire system is a money pit, the game itself has minor bugs here and there, but nothing that surpasses the severity of this.

I literally just downloaded the game a few days ago. Played the campaign ,and then today I got on Multiplayer and BOOM, immediately in a shadow banned lobby. I dont cheat MW period. This is bs needs to be fixed soon. I hate this anticheat so much.

Got put under review today and cant load a lobby of any game mode. Have never cheated and dont have the slightest clue as to how this happened. Have spent countless hours and lots of $ on this game grinding. Pretty disheartening to potentially lose everything over what is likely someone spam reporting mid match. I feel like Im one of the few remaining people that actually still enjoy this game. Really hope that this is resolved soon and doesnt result in a perma ban :/

A few days ago I logged onto warzone on my PS4 and there was an update. Once it finished updating, it made me log into my activision account again. However, it would not let me log in. So I tried resetting my password *** it would not send me the resent link. Then I signed up for another activision account using the same email and my PSN account was linked to it. Once I got into warzone on my PS4, I saw that all my stats had disappeared along with everything that I had bought from the store (season 3 battle pass, all previous battle passes, several operators that I had bought including Nikto, etc.). My activision ID was also changed. This is extremely frustrating as I have spent a lot of money on this game and have over 36 days played with 150 wins. I have screenshots of my previous account along with many YouTube vids of me playing. I have submitted an account recovery ticket but have not gotten a response yet. Please help me out!

Based on the "COD Players only want one thing" playlist naming alternatives, I believe you are aware of its popularity. I 'm sure I'm not the first, but I wanted to address [whoever] directly. I don't need to tweet this, and put it on some public Reddit forum for virtual support. I want to go straight to the source. I'm emailing every relevant email address I could find online, because you all don't make it easy to contact, or make us feel it's been received.
I implore you to allow us to indulge in the game modes we enjoy. Isn't that what gaming is all about? Let meindulge. Otherwise, when the maps alternate between Chesire Park and th dreaded Tank Factory, I'm going to be apt to grow up and stop gaming for the night. I'm 30+ yrs old, and I'm not inclined to play game modes/maps that bore me to an early bedtime so I can complete my honey-do tasks in the morning.Â
During these pandemic times, gaming is the only interaction I have with most of my friends. Many of my friends have not moved on to the new Cold War game because of the strain on resources. If one of our friends can't afford to update, then none of us will move on. (This was an issue in previous games as well when we could not spend the money for add-on maps)

Activision I have no real complaints with COD Warzone or Activision Blizzard

I have no real complaints with COD Warzone or Activision Blizzard. I can't find a way to contact them except for having a game issue. I don't have an issue, I have a suggestion for something I would like to see in Warzone. Activision Blizzard does well with bringing out new operators and skins for them, and many are part of the veteran community which I am thankful for as a veteran. My suggestion for a new skin would be Ephraim Mattos. He was a Navy Seal that deployed to Afghanistan and other places, but after he got out of the military he went on his own to Iraq to help out with a group called the Free Burma Rangers. There is video and articles about what he did there. He then started his own charity called Stronghold Rescue and Relief. If you put out a skin of him and give a link with it to the website for Stronghold Rescue and Relief it would be a huge help worldwide to bring awareness of that charity and what they do. I hope Activision Blizzard takes the time to read this, look up Ephraim and his charity, consider it, and let me know. Thank you.

First and foremost, I absolutely love this game which is why I am very pationate about this issue. I am immensly disapointed by Activisions lack of transparency in account banning procedures and their total lack of customer support (including zero human to human interaction). False positives have been frequent and affected many innoncent players, myself included. When this happens, Activision won't even send an email to the affected players to inform them of their decisions. Let me get this straight, you'll send me an email telling me I received a friend request, but you can't be bothered to tell me that I have been "banned" and why? Activision also makes it impossible for affected players to plead their case, nor does it offer proof supporting its accusations. The "Appeal a ban" feature does not trigger any email responses/followups and seems to only confirm the decision without having an actual human review the case. If humans did review ban appeals, they should have access to gameplay, stats and real data that would clear false positives immediately and undoubtedly. I feel I have been robbed. Robbed of the two 80$ copies of MW I bought for PS4 and PC. That's Activision barring me from my purchases totalling 160$ under false pretexts. These false accusations have also taken a toll on me psychologicaly. I have been fasly flagged as a cheater, which is embarrassing and humiliating because some friends believe Ricochet to be 100% accurate. Activision's unreliable service has cost me financialy, and has also affected my reputation. Please, Activision, get your act together or change your vision of what a FAIR customer experience should be.

I'll admit I called a kid a [censored] only after he used the N word an obscenely amount of times, so I took the 3 day ban. Only to get it back yesterday I played 4 a couple hours, didnt say anything not even to the team i was playing with, they were [censored]in bout the other team cheating, again said nothing because ultimately its not worth it, went 2 work, only 2 play 2day 2 c a 14 day ban, who can I talk 2 bout this, cuz now I'm getting severe bans 4 winning in game, and not even saying a thing, I'm not even using my headphones, u need 2 do better in investigating I'm 44 years old, and these kids r banning people 4 beating them or just group punishing 4 a select few. If not corrected I'll just stop playin this game 4 good, I've been with call of duty 4 20 years, this is out of hand

Activision Hacked by gentleman who appear connected

After problems and expressing "lefty" views on X against slavery my phone was illegally accessed hacked.

There is some indication that this was being done before this by LVMH & Phillip Green based on the comments of the related lawsuit I found and things which occurred.

I discussed a dislike for slavery on X and shortly after what appears to be a bogus lawsuit was put through the courts which basically stated that the defendants planned to subject someone to illegal modern slavery via covert and digital means. Which would include extreme financial exploitation, financial abuse, theft of intellectual property and ideas, befriending with the goal to extract sexual data, feticide, rape. Charlene Latham.

I was then groomed on IG and Lipstickalley around this time. I also found out that the people involved were directly the celebs and associates of ales Twins and Beyonce,

On close inspection it appeared he was streaming this scam to corporations and videos/movies were distributed from the illegal hacking of my phone.
(I have evidence to support this and the relevant bogus legal lawsuit suggests the same)
The "plaintiff" also seems to have run for republican presidency.

After the abuse my algorithm on IG became altered and my feed began to show perversion, threats and things connected to the interactions I had. This was NOT the regular algorithm.

I had previously invested heavily in ads on IG which started showing no traction even after improving content and my account was sabotaged with sex and illuminati bots.

My pixel appeared to be provided intentionally to competitors to drive me out of the market, I recieved emails and followers which encouraged suicide or repeated excepts of conversations I had at home or insinuating I'd miss my time to be a mother.

I was stalked, my vehicle tampered with on more than 4 occasions.

My models began parroting parts of my conversations had at home.

It appears the boys involved were heavily paid for being part of it or the face of it.

Shortly after my family started acting weird some crying, worried and scared, one gave me unwrapped gifts that hinted at nazis.

This abuse has been ongoing for 4 years.

I cannot say for certain who the billionaire elites were that paid for this to occur and watched as the lawsuit suggests but I do know who he constantly referenced.

*** The gentleman involved REGULARLY reference this brand.

The are on Zuckerberg's friend list.

I've been blackmailed and recieved veiled death threats INCLUDING info about being skinned alive or my face cut off.

They laughed about me going to the food bank to save money for my business, the laughed about blackface and had discussions with me about Sara Baartman and Ota Benga. When you understand these were black people kept in human zoos for white viewing you see how depraved what they did is to make these CEOs laugh for money.

The gentlemen involved have done this to a number of people and publicly laundered payment from my abuse.
I will fight everyday to expose what's happening.

They promised to destroy my life and harm my family for speaking up. The world should know.

As a result based on the evidence I believe Activision Blizzard CEOs sponsor these gentlemen and if they are not involved in the illegal voyeurism of women these gentlemen abuse for public entertainment, then they are still sponsoring him and he has multiple complaints of rape that have been suppressed.

That coupled with all the other allegations from women about this company is why I cannot support them.

Had the nerve over the phone to tell me well there is nothing we can do about your kids fresh restart but look at the bright side he can't do it again. I was so upset I am done with them. Activision Warzone

Dear Sir/Madam,

My account on activision with e-mail adress haure.[protected]@gmail.com and Activision ID BetterCallHau#3716599. My account has been banned and put on limited matchmaking twice in a time span of one month.

I would to complain hereby about whatever algorythm you have that establishes an account is eligible for a limited matchmaking ban pending review.

Whatever it is, the system is faulty and as you may already know impact alot of players across the world. Players have to wait for 5 to 10 days before the ban is lifted. Most of the accounts put on the limited matchmaking list end up being unbanned since alot of the bans are due to unvalid and ungrounded reports from other players in game.

Please adress this frustrating issue that affects a substantial amount of players.

Activision mw2/mw3

Customer support is useless and feed you the exact same scripted message.

I have been shadowbanned now FOURTEEN TIMES with absolutely zero help or explanation. Typically these are 2 week long states of where you can still open the game and buy bundles! That’s about it though because you won’t find any lobbies or the lobby you do find will have 100ms+ ping with people rage hacking/ aimbotting, etc. For me personally this equates to roughly over half a year of being denied access to a product and service I paid for. The amount of people this has affected is surely capable of alarming the FTC, we all know how they feel about you and Microsoft. Can we all say mass arbitration?

I recently re-downloaded Call of Duty to play with my friends to find out my account had been hacked and then banned. Activision Call of Duty Modern warfare 2

Like many, many hundreds / thousands of others, I woke one morning to log onto my game to find I was permanently banned for using illegal software / manipulation of game data. I am a very casual game with a very poor k/d ratio who plays to unwind in my spare time. I do not cheat, never have and dont condone the thousands of overseas cheats who continually plague lobbies.

The appeal process is a scam which means they send an automated email to say the ban is being upheld. Your anti-cheat software is pathetic, allowing cheats to continually ruin the game while banning hundreds / thousands of innocent players.

Scamming company with absolutely no customer service.

Activision cod mw3 2023 anti cheat

Hi I've received a temporary ban sign on my mw3 2023 account. I haven't done anything remotely close to a ban! I don't use game chat it's turned off and I do not hack I have a day job and only play a few hours a day when possible! I've paid £70 for a game that I can't play properly because of a shadow ban for nothing. Please sort this out its because I'm an iridescent player and people don't like when I drop a good game and I get spam reported. This isn't on been a passionate cod gamer since cod4 and never been banned for 15 years of playing. Not good I look forward to playing and then this happens please un shadow ban my account. Not how they should treat a player of 15 years of playing they system is so wrong and punishing good players for no reason.

Desired outcome: Get my account back to normal. And get me out these shadow ban lobbies full of hackers and sort the anti cheat out. Just because you get spam reported for having a good game and this happens! Absolute jokers.

My account was hacked on 13 October 2023 I reach out to Activision support for assistance. But all they are doing is sending me the same old message the whole time. Activision is only they're for my money but when it comes to support their nowhere to be found. I send emails videos, photos and even screenshots and still no luck. Activision Banned permanently with 0 seconds of gameplay

You all banned me for no reason at the start menu never violated any rules or used any exploits on this game hell I barely play it but now that I preordered the 100$ version of mw3 boom banned I don't even know how to hack and I work 12 hour rotating shifts I do not have the time trust me. This is just crazy. I've always used a playstation and once my phone to play cod games you're banning peoples accounts for no reason and you need to pay attention to it. I would love for my profile unbanned I actually love this company introduced me to gaming groups I spent 100$ u.S. Dollars on this game and pre-ordered to be permanently banned before even leaving the start menu. Terrible experience people in these review/banning positions not robots. Your system has failed you please stop trying to cover it up im willing to provide any details and even send you my personal playstation 5. Monitor my games everyday if you want I wouldn't cheat.

Activision Battle.net Call of Duty

I have been unfairly banned on 13th November 2023 and have given no reason for being banned. I appealed but they have upheld the ban. A mere 3 days after purchasing MW3 they have now snatched the product out of my hands and don’t even have the decency to refund me. It’s criminal behaviour and needs to be stopped.

UK Consumer Act 2015 provides me with rights with regards to faulty software. This software is faulty as it has incorrectly banned a non cheating player.

Activision Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3

I was wrongfully banned after only 2.8 hours of gameplay. I couldn’t even refund the game through steam because they don’t refund games in which you are banned. Ban Appeal does absolutely nothing.

Now I just feel scammed.

I was using MSI Afterburner at the time for GPU/CPU temperatures and average FPS, I don’t know if thats why I was banned, but it’s unjust and wrong to keep me banned for doing nothing wrong.
