CARLA DUTRO-has scammed us from our home equity when we were in hardship in 2005. We had no idea she was going to steal $70, 000 for a supposedly escrow account that was never held with an escrow company-$20, 000 from our equity to pay for her to purchase our house temporarily for 12 months...
