My mother had 9teeth removed on Jan 8, 2024 and she has tried to call, she leaves msg and no answer back after 3wks so she ask me to call I did on Jan 31, 2024 I called got the run around as well, they told me it would take about 24 to 48hrs and here we are Feb 5, 2024 and still no return call, so I called them today Feb 5, 2024 and they said we will put a rush on it but it still would be 24 to 48hrs, what a shame this makes me sick, my mother has been eating mash potatoes, tomato soup, pudding & jello for over 3wks.
Absolute Dental should be ashamed of them self, they would not let there mother or father go thru this and I will not either.

I am currently sitting in the at your office 8445 W Flamingo road with my daughter who is 8years of age. I was advised by your staff that I am not permitted as the parent to accompany my daughter while they called her to do X-rays. My daughter is beyond terrified and did not feel comfortable without me near her. The front desk staff advised that it’s a company policy due to a fire hazard! This is absolutely absurd. No medical building ; hospital or Drs office has ever told me as a parent that I cannot stand near my daughter. I do not feel confident in any human unknown to my daughter to be alone with her. It is my legal right to protect my daughter and be with her at all times. I do not feel comfortable sending my 8 year old into a room where I can’t see her or hear her. This rule is absurd and unethical.
Desired outcome: Change of policy. create a space where parents can be near by to hear and or see the child at all times.

The dentist lady don’t know anything
My tooth hurts so bad and I went there , they did X-ray to my teeth , and she told me nothing wrong , everything looks fine, and I told her my tooth is loose , she touched it , and told me no , it’s not, I was unhappy and I walked out. I went to different dental and they did a X-ray too, they found out my gum is infected and she touched my tooth and she can feel it’s loose, so tell me how bad is the lady who work at the absolute, she know nothing 😤
Getting a bridge.
I went in to the office at Simmons and Craig. I need to get a bridge on my lower left. I was told by the Office Manager that I needed to get my slightly loose tooth on my lower right side (2 teeth) in order to get my missing tooth done on the left side done. The loose tooth on my right side does not bother me at all..
I just don't understand this at all. I assume I am not wanted as a patient and I am fine with that. Was told to contact the Area Manager and no luck with that either.
I have great Medicare Dental ins and it will be better next year. I want to go to a place that cares and not treat you like you are dumb.

Being seen on Saturdays when location is open.
I work for a company that has the same hours during the week as Absolute Dental. Monday-Friday 7am-3:30 pm. I am also a single parent and cannot come in after work due to having to care for my family. I have been seen a few times on Saturdays at other locations, but the Nellis location always has an issue with me scheduling for a Saturday..even though they are open. I had an issue with them taking the first payment of $113 two weeks early last month and had to schedule a time to come in to get that addressed. It is beyond ridiculous how long this location has people wait. But if the patient is late there's an issue.
Desired outcome: I want to finish this 2.5 year journey with getting my partial and I will no longer be an Absolute Dental patient.

You removed all my teeth on a consult you didn’t even wait to see if I medical insurance was going to pay this, so I’m without any teeth and on top of that you left a impacted tooth and bone spurs everywhere in my mouth I want this bad service fixed . I received HORRIBLE customer service from these people. My appointment was cancelled not once, but twice by them with no sort of accommodations to get me in on the same day or within that week. I am out two days of work because these people did not even notify that my appointment was cancelled until 2-4 days until it occurred. I was never able to get dental care because my dental healthcare plan expired before they could get me in. I tried explaining that my insurance would expire soon, but they still offered no help and screwed me out of being able to get an appointment at another office due to their short notice and lack of competence.
I am 41 they pulled all my teeth I had chunks left in my mouth I had them removed .I told them when I went for impressions there was a problem with one not healing and bone showing through. They ignored me and scheduled a month out appt. I can't switch locations or dentists because medicaid won't pay for the same XRays or impressions 2x.
Now it's healed with bone exposed I haven't had teeth in 4 months and my jaw is sinking and I look 80!
I am scared to go back! THIS IS NEGLIGENCE!
