I contacted them about my Muppets DVD boxed set. I bought it at dvddonkey.com. (they keep changing their company name but are all the same: tvaddicts, dvdigniter.com, ultimatedvdshop.com, dvdplanet.com) but they charge your credit card under 1-877-tv-series or 1-877-7tv-show...
