Annoying telemarketing calls

Recorded mortgage offer, said nothing when call came in, played it anyway. Call to my mobile phone 650.776.xxxx

Looked up the exchange, found Qwest, emailed them.

'... You may contact the Qwest Annoyance Call Bureau for assistance. Their number is 1-800-582-0655....
