I have tried to contact this company informing them of numerous problems with there application. The only way to contact them is by email but unfortunately I can't do that because it says there is an open ticket... Yet on my side it shows closed. I want to get my money back for a service...

Yes, the program have been working very well, for 9 months, but now suddenly, it wont start, no matter what I try. What should I do? Btw, was trying to get Limewire in the first place, and wonder what went wrong when this program suddenly was installed.

CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER. I like most of you were scammed by 360SHARE by them posing as legitimate Limewire. Creditcard companies will only issue you a credit if the company you purchased from did not send you the goods... GREAT... 360SHARE's software...
