Unauthorized charges on my on my JC Penney Visa Credit Card

I have two unauthorized charges on my JC Penney Visa Credit Card. TWX*AOL SERVICE 0208 800-827-6364 NY for $9.99 every month. TWX*llA AIM CALL OUT 888-265-9269 VA for $10.00 every month.

Both of these charges are unauthorized.

No credit for returned books

In October 2007 I mailed in 10 books, in one box, for return credit to Barnes and Noble. All the packing slips were included in the shipment. They were ALL packaged in ONE box. I received credit for 7 of the returned books, but it has been a constant battle for the last three books. The customer...
