UPON THER TERMINATION OF MY LEASE I CALLED CHRYSLER FINANACIAL REGARDING PURCHASING MY VEHICLE - THEY RAN MY CREDIT CHECK AND TOLD ME THE PRICE & THE TERMS - I REQUESTED THAT THEY FORWARD ME THE PAPERWORK TO MAKE THE PURCHASE - THEY SAID THEY WOULD - HOWEVER THEY NEVER DID - IN THE MEANTIME...
