I purchased a Casio watch in February of this year. A week or so ago it fell off my wrist while walking through the house. I filled out the appropriate web form at Casio and sent the watch in for repair. On Monday (3/10) I received a repair estimate of $40 - nearly the price I paid for the watch.

We have a 2-in-1 washer/dryer (w/d) that required service back in early December 2007. We purchased the appliance from Best Buy and bought an extended warranty on the appliance. Even though we bought the appliance from Best Buy, the company responsible for service repair is Metro Factory Service....
