First of all, last year we had sent in a gift certificate for a 3 day/2 night getaway that was given us by Grand Crowne Resorts of Branson, MO--given as a perk/incentive. We sent in the form in October 2007. We got emails stating that our request for dates and destinations in 2008 could not...
