I just completed a Kmart survey with no problem. Perhaps people would be able to do so if they tried using a different browser. I used Mozilla Firefox. Another possibility is that some people didn't include the www. in the address. I know it's stating the obvious but some might forget...

They are always chargeing me for unsuffient funds or messing my account up. I have been in the bank a number of times where other customers have been upset over their account. They need to be more customer friendly and get more experianced people working for them....
