Bank charges beyond the cost without my permission

These people charged my account 39395 plus 7.95 without my permission after ordering 2.95 CD, I called and they promised to refund my account but I am not sure they will. They are a rip off. There is no easy money. No Grants of this kind. Please do not be fooled as I was....
