went to web site to see what the free gift was.antivires 2008 downloaded on my computer.it would not let me back on the internet. took me two hours to erase off my computer. it just keep coming back. wanted me to pay 49.95 for there service. they should not be able to do this. MAD...

First a screen advertising a subscription to their magazine came up along with other web sites to select. Then when the next web site was selected the full screen had an area that indicated that there was a place to logon but there was none....

Received with the magazine (Reader's Digest) a gift offer to log into www.rd.com/surprise for Surprise Gift waiting for me. Their website would not bring up the area to log-in for this free gift offer. This is not fair to the subscriber to offer something and then fool us in their directions...
