1 hr. later then their suggested delivery time and lied to on the phone!

I ordered pizza on thursday march 6, at 6:15 p.m. the person on the phone said it should be delivered in 35 -40 min. I then called back at 7:15 p.m. to check, the person on the phone named steve said it should be there any minute. My Children and I waited an additional 15 min. I called Papa...
