Damage to my car by a careless installer

Several family members of my husband and I got harassing phone calls this morning stating we had a legal matter and they needed to find us - upsetting the whole family. I called "Clark Steel" who had a thick Indian accent who advised me my husband owed a credit card company over $1300....
