I found a charge on my visa bill from this company. I cannot remmeber authorizing any charges to them. I have complained to visa and they need me to send a letter to them saying they are no longer authorized to charge my account. They are no longer authorized to charge my account. I cannot find...

This company has charged our visa account 50.96 and I do not remember authorizing them to do so. When I look for this company on line to find out what it is about it appears it is fraudulant. I do not want them to make any furthur charges agansit our visa account.

Big thanks to the CRTC for approving yet another fee for Telus to add on to our basic phone service. Now, apparently I cannot dial long distance on my phone using a third party provider because Telus now needs a piece of the action for doing so. So much for the governments old sing song about...
