FedEx seems incapable of allowing someone to direct where packages are delivered to your home as other carriers do. When FedEx delivers to my home it is in front of the garage and during the winter as you might expect, they get plowed in snow until spring. Company XYZ has provisions for this....

I have had shipments from a National Products Business delivered to my house by UPS every other week for quite some time now. Last week I received a telephone notice that they could not locate my house. My house is in a rural town, but it is on the main road, w/o one tree blocking the view....

The service is very very bad, they are not reliable. A small pack took around 7 days to reach from Cochin to Trivandrum, where the distance is only 220 kms.
They are not having a known office in Trivandrum, not any responsible people, they keep telling it will be deliverd to your residence...

I recieved a quote for a backload. The quote certified the date of pick-up.

It was explained to me that the date may vary by 1 day which I accepted. I payed half, with the other half due on arrival. The first day was excuses as to why they could not pick up as planned.

This is a company who makes a low bid on a long distance move and in the middle of the move decides to increase the moving fee 50% beyond the agreed contract fee. When I objected to the fee and asked them to uload my furniture. Bravo, the mover took off with my furniture aboard without my consent....
