Burger King I didn't receive the free whopper offer.

My wife and I placed orders on the bk app, thinking we could use the free whopper offer. Upon arriving, we were told we couldn't do so. Problem is the gm was very rude and unprofessional. With no explanation, he says "you're not getting these." I asked why and he asks "what do you mean?" I told him we ordered fries and drinks as instructed, THEN that's when he explained we had to order at the driver thru, saying "if you read your receipt, it tells you." No it doesn't. Nowhere does it state drive thru only or can't use with bk app. I asked if he could ring up the fries and drink to get the whopper and then void what we already ordered. He says "I'm the gm and I'm not gonna do that. He could have either tried to work with us or, at least say I apologize but I can't do that. He needs to be retrained and learn mannerisms and professionalism. I had an issue with him a few months ago but I let it go, thinking he may have had a bad day. Now I see that's not the case and if he treated us that way, he's done it to others. NOT ACCEPTABLE as someone that contributes to his salary.

Desired outcome: An apology with assurance the situation will be dealt with and some type of compensation.

Visited Burger Kings The girls did not know the type of fish sold, found out after my order. Told me to pull up and wait for food. The menu in dr through said fish meal 5.49. They told me 10. I told the girl I want hot fries.& tartar sauce on fish with xtra to the side. Got food, fries cold, no pickles 3 balls of lettuce & no tarts sauce. Girl Said they were out. Got $ back. Mngr had bad attitude. Customer lost.

Burger King Service

Incident: July 26.2023 @ approximately 12:45 at the Burger King in Lytle. Texas.

I went in and order 2 Whopper Burgers, onion rings, french fries ansss 2 drinks.

after about 15 minutes I wanted to know where my order is and I'm told by the the manager they are filling on line orders. There's something wrong with this

picture. You have a paying customer waiting for their order while on line orders

are being filled when the on line customer isn't even there . Keeping a paying customer waiting for 15 minutes is just not right. My husband met me there on his lunch break which with this kind of service did not make my husband a happy camper. Something needs to corrercy this, In store cuatomers should come first!

Burger King Money change scam

I was scammed when I received change from a meal that cost $35.22. I gave her a $50 bill for and should have gotten $14.78 back. She only gave me $11.53 back. When she handed me my change back she said she was short quarters. Being a gentleman, I thought for a second and thought. I'll be nice and accept my change short of $.25. I am from out of town so I was driving away an hour after this and thought. Why didn't she just give me 2 dimes and a nickel. Then I pulled out my wallet and saw she also keep 3 dollar bills too. So, I only got back $11.53 instead of $14.78. She was a Mexican gal about 5 feet tall and black hair. I tried to call the restaurant but they took the phone off the hook. I should have called the police. I had no way to get ahold of the owner of the franchise either. No telling how many times she uses the scam. The trick saying, "I am short quarters" diverts your attention off of the bills you're supposed to get back. I hate scammers. Can you advise the owner that she is doing this? At least my conscience will know I tried to do something about this scam.

Desired outcome: Desired outcome would be she gets reprimanded or fired.
