Burger King Why is my receipt in code ?

Why is my food receipt in code says $0 cash and the rest is in 2 digit numbers? The manager messed up my change because the register didn't show an amount. The managers excuse was the printer was messed up. I don't believe the orders are being accounted for. I believe he rang it up then backed out the order and manually opened the register. I'm almost positive you are being robbed! The store is Burger King 47 in Shelton, Ct. order number 36. The manager was Hispanic large with black hair. Burger King Home phone # on website info!!!

For the past 3 or more weeks I have tried unsuccessfully to have my home phone # removed from the springfield tn store. I get calls day & night and have called the consumer complaint # numerous times & talked to several people but to no avail! Is my next step to hire an attorney? Burger King New Mayonnaise

Their new mayonnaise tastes like Miracle Whip. It ruins the classic flavor of their sandwiches that use it. The classic ketchup/mayo mix used to dip fries has also been ruined. I'm not sure if it was them or Heinz that made the change, but I won't be eating there again until the true taste of their mayo is restored.

Burger King Service

Burger King has not delivered correct order... I have ordered two burgers from them and they have deliver only one... Not ready to accept the mistake... its pathetic service provide by them. The lady standing receiving on the phone was totally useless.

It was a combo of Two Crispy double tikki burger, king Fries and Veggie strips... From this order one burger was Missing.. I have reported the case to them but they were not ready to accept their mistakes.

Desired outcome: i want my money to be refunded.

Burger King Food

Hello I visited BK today went through drive thru. I ordered a double cheesebuger meal. My cheeseburger buns was so hard the pattys were even harder. I called the location since I was not going back up there. No one answered. The location I went to was on thorton rd in lithia springs ga. I never get a fresh meal when I go here. No matter what time of the day it is. Im completely dissatisfied! I want to be compensated. Thank you

This is only a complaints site. No one here has any power to help you with compensation. You really should stop buying food from this location, if it's never fresh. Clearly, they have a problem making fresh food if it keeps happening over and over. Spend your money at another restaurant.

Excellent way to lose customers 10-12 cars leave the site of Burger King at 4:30-4:55pm in St. Louis MO. 8/17/21 West Florissant Mall Buzz Westfall Plaza. Burger King Service

This location is absolutely horrible! I wonder how much money the owner of this particular location is losing because people just leave. They make you sit at the menu for minutes on end and when you do finally order they hold you at the pay window until the order is complete before letting you proceed to the pickup window. I'm sure it's all about the timer. Today I sat at the menu for 8 minutes while two other cars that came after me had their orders taken. You should seriously send a secret shopper through there and experience this for yourself. I now drive past this Burger King to get to the next one instead.

Burger King Product unavailable

I pass the Burger King in Wicklow (on N11) on my way home. For some reason the chilli cheese bites have not been available the last 3 times I have driven in to get them. This is mist inconvenient.
I understand that a product might run out on a day, but this is over a number of weeks.
Have you stopped doing them? They are still appearing on the menu. Regards. Olive.

Burger King Online ordering

I made my order online. Went thru the drive thru. They asked me to pull up so other customers could get by. Literally Noone behind me. I pulled up. Brought me the wrong order asking me if this is my order. So I opened. Not my order gave me someome else's order that I physically had to open to see. Got tired of waiting after 35 mins. Went inside my order was just sitting there. Got it as soon as I went inside. After sitting for 35 mins cold and soggy. Gave me a sauce that had puncher in it. Absolutely terribly.
