Started with Aspen Dental in 2019. I was given a dental plan that cost $7000. It was paid in full from the start. It was a gift from my sister because she noticed I never smile with my teeth. A once in a lifetime gift. About the 2nd month into the plan I started having problems with the Dentists work. It was not holding together. The partials they made did...

Aspen Dental Price of tooth extractions

I had purchased a complete upper denture and a partial lower one on 08/24/2022. I had to have 11 teeth extracted. The charge per tooth was $362.00 each making the extractions total $3,982.00

To extract all 11 teeth, it took 35 minutes. After investigating further this cost was much higher than you usually charge. I had no surgery, and this is my only complaint. Could you look into this and see if a mistake occurred?

Desired outcome: I would like to have a price change made for the extractions

The dentures I received are unfinished. One side of the denture was shaped to fit correctly and the other side was not. There is a huge chunk of the gum plastic that goes all the way to the base of my tongue. There are burrs along the edges. I call them after I have lost my entire Labor Day weekend because of no bottom teeth. Now I had been in the office...

I went to Aspen for a new upper denture and picked it up on 4/21/2003. When I tried to eat super with it, the bite was way off. I took my dentures out and was surprised to see that the upper denture that they made only had 12 teeth whereas my existing lower denture has 14 teeth. I returned to their office on 4/24/2003. The dentist looked at the denture and...

We began My visits to Aspen Dental on Dale Mabry Tampa FL location. My basic complaint and why I am asking for a refund is we made at least 4 visits to a partial denture and she cannot chew her food. She could with her previous denture that broke, which was the reason we came in the first place. I am not saying that everyone was not nice, not sweet, super...

I went to aspen dental in Gonzales Louisiana in may of 2023. The dentist were horrible my front filling was falling out before I got home and my partial had to be repaired 3 times to fit properly. The partial cut my gums and caused them to become infected. I finally went to another dentist and had all of my repairs done. I paid over $3000 to have to pay another dentist to correct my issue.

Aspen Dental Unacceptable sloppy dental work.

I had some fillings done on upper premolars. The next week I had a gum infection..and being a hygienist myself could tell that a hunk of composite filling that shouldn't have been there was destroying my gums. I went back to the other dentist working there. He said the first dentist didn't use a matrix band on my filling and he redid the fillings. I paid a lot of money for this work. I decided on my own intuition that I needed to find a better dentist. I went to a very reputable dentist recently and showed my the botched job that was done on my teeth at Aspen. The decay was never completely removed and the dentist said that the work that was done was completely unacceptable, he would have to do a buildup and crown on both premolars in order to save the teeth. I'm educated enough as a hygienist to know that this new dentist was telling me the truth and could recognize by viewing my own xrays that Aspen Dental had totally botched my teeth and I could lose them now.

Desired outcome: I would like the matter investigated and the dentists removed. Nobody should lose their teeth due to shoddy incompetence that I have endured from this joke of a dentist office.

Good morning, My name is JoeAnne Brooks. Last year I had some dental work done and for the most part I was very pleased with it. However in August I was fitted for a partial (upper and lower). When I went to have them put in and adjusted, there was a problem. The upper partial fit well after the adjustment, but I had developed a sore in the lower part of...

Aspen Dental Tooth fell out on Upper dentures

Had a tooth fall out on my temporary upper dentures, within a year of getting them. Then within the last year had the same tooth on my permanent set fall out. Went to Aspen Dental and charged me $129.00 to glue it back in. Seeing the same tooth, 2 sets of dentures, each fall out makes me wonder if there is a flaw in the lab process. If so, should I have to pay to have it put back in ?

Desired outcome: $129.00 refund
