The only reason I gave it one star was because I had to to post this reveiw. Ashley Furniture will gladly take your money in full. Two months later they will call you to schedule your delivery. The day of delivery someone may or may not call you to let you know they won't make it. They will try to deliver on a day you're not home. Then you will call to make another appointment for delivery. They will make you sit all day again with no attempt to call you. This is exactly what happened to me. The day of the 3rd attempt... they were suppose to deliver between 8-12. At noon I called to see when they will be there. They told me my furniture was on backorder. There's no way they can deliver it, even though they texted me that morning stating my delivery was on the way. they tried to give me another date to deliver but at that time I lost all confidence with anything they had to say. I cancelled my order. I wasn't going to sit around another day and waste it. I don't know how you can treat customers like this. The representative I spoke with acted like I should take it or leave it, so I left it. I will never purchase a thing at this store.

I received my Ladonna bed on Oct 8th 2020. Everything looks good and lights work on headboard. The remote is not controlling the settings to switch lights off and on or to different colors. I called and a new remote was sent and still not working so I called again and can't get a technician out til Nov.24. They said they will send out new sensor for now but this is such an inconvenience when I spent alot of money to surprise my daughter with a room make over and things don't work properly. They may just need to send a new headboard. Please help.

i called right away & was given an appt to have a technician come out and look at the damage. the appt day came without the tech showing up.
i was scheduled 2 more appts that were both no shows.

i can not get anywhere on the phone. the one person i can reach can only make me another appt. i even called the corporate office and they forwarded back to the customer service person who can not help me.

Was scheduled for a delivery on august 29 from 3:00-7:00pm. Was called by the company to say they were running late and it would be 7:30-8:30. They finally showed up around 9:10. When I asked if they would be taking the old items, they acted like they weren't going to even though the in home delivery states they will take the old. Was told I could reschedule the delivery. I said no. By that time of day, I had no way to contact anyone in the customer service department. Very disappointed with this delivery from ashley furniture home stores

I can't even say how the quality is, tho my nightstand that was in place for 5 seconds looked nice, because the delivery subcontractors didn't feel like dealing with stairs in my house, threw a tantrum and insisted there wasn't enough room to assemble my furniture. Which, BTW, I didn't even know was the case, because if I wanted Ikea, I'd have gone there and saved $$.

I paid $6K in cash for my bedroom furniture 7 weeks ago.

Now, honestly, I always felt I should have gotten some sort of "thank you" amenity and was surprised that I didn't, but I let it slide.

When I opted to cancel a couple of smaller pieces, they made me come into the store and then couldn't process the refunds there, making both trips unnecessary, I let it slide (I have yet to see the money for one of them).

In general, once the sale has been made the attitude changes a lot, anyway.

Today I had the worst non-delivery experience of my life. And the company is choosing to side with the subcontractor, subpar delivery service (who are known all over PDX for how bad they are), versus the customer who CHOSE to give them $6K.

I have called them 10 times this morning, been disconnected multiple times and am still waiting for the promised call back from a "manager" to handle my problem. Despite my having made multiple suggestions of how the issue could be resolved.

I keep getting lots of, "but you have to understand"., No, I don't. I'm the customer, YOU have to understand that I don't have to shop with you. I ignored all the bad reviews and cannot begin to say how sorry I am that I did so.

I bought a dining room set over 2 months ago and it was delivered damaged. I kept getting told dates a new one will be delivered and it hasn't happened. I was also charged $168 to deliver less than 5 miles. Other stores its half that for places twice as far. I want that money back, I want a new dining room set and I want a discount on top of the $168 for my trouble. I have called multiple numbers and have spent a long time on hold

I received my order yesterday and was not happy with it. My daughter's bed had to go back to the warehouse because a pillar was not there. It's one of the main pieces to the bed. Also I noticed a tear in the front corner of my sleeper sofa. I paid a lot of money for this furniture and I'm upset that it's not in the condition I expected it to be in. And my daughter is very disappointed that she doesn't have a bed. The movers had a difficult time bringing up the pieces only to have to bring them back to the warehouse. I have been calling since Feb.4th to report a damaged table and no one can return my calls. I'm fed up at this point and just want my money back I've only had this table for 1 1/2 year and it already shows heavy wear and tear. I spent great amount of money at Ashley's and always purchase insurance for this very reason. This is the first time I have ever tried making a claim with the insurance and now it seems there is no one willing to help me. its very unfortunate how poorly they treat loyal customers. For those Wondering I spoke with David Rivera, once and have yet to hear back from him. My name is Cecilia Gomez and I would very much like this issue resolved.

I bought 2 recliners at Christmas for my adult children: the power Ludden recliner I gave my daughter broke within a week, since the salesman put the " protection plan" on these recliners ( without my permission ) my daughter has been calling trying to get someone to fix it since Jan. 4
I cannot believe why Ashley furniture will not stand behind their products and protection plan. The people that my daughter has called has given her 2 different dates that someone would come fix it and no one has come to fix it and it has been almost two months that they have a broken recliner in their living room!

I bought a dining room from Ashly Furniture in Houston, TX, and the salesperson told me that it is available, and it will be delivered in two weeks. So, on the delivery date, I only received the dining table without the eight chairs. No one told me that I will not receive the chairs until they delivered the table. Next, delivery date, the listed the eight chairs. However, when they came, they only had six chairs without the armor chairs. Also, I was not aware of the missing two chairs. On the third delivery, they brought one armor chair and the another one was broken. The fourth delivery, they told me to be there from 1 to 4p, and they came at 12 noon but I was not there, so they said they have to reschedule the delivery for another day even after I took off from work to receive the last chair, but the driver refused to come back. I spoke to their delivery department and to their manager, and they refused to ask the driver to come back to deliver the chair. I made my self-available for the delivery time, but it was their fault for coming early. If they are expecting me to be available all day, why would they provide the scheduled time. It is taking more than one month to get my dining room and they didn't care about their customer time, job, or need. I called their corporate customer service and complained, but they didn't do anything either, or did not receive any satisfaction from them. I will not buy another piece of furniture from Ashly anymore.
