Make Your Complaint Heard

At some point in time you will be faced with the need to register a complaint because of a poor product or poor service, or maybe even both !

Here are some tips to make sure that your complaint is NOT ignored.

Keep Your Cool

It’s difficult to do this when you are “mad as all get out” but it’s a key step to making sure you’re complaint gets heard. Act reasonably and politely.

Make the person on the other end of your complaint WANT to help you. Losing your temper can cause the other person to become “defensive” instead of cooperative and helpful.

Identify Yourself

Don’t start out with “what” you are - “I’m a lawyer”, “I’m a doctor”, “I’m a trash collector”. Start out with “who” you are - “My name is Jim”. You want them to see you as a person, not just another problem.

Give them your name and telephone number. This allows the other person to respond more effectively and follow-up with results. Remaining anonymous doesn’t establish the one-on-one relationship you need in order to have your problem resolved.

Be Precise

Have receipts and other records available to assist you in giving an accurate account of your complaint. Give them as many details as you can - the date you made the purchase, the store where you made the purchase orencountered the problem, the name of the salesperson you were working with, etc.

Keep a record of the date, time and name of any person you speak with about your complaint. If they are unable to resolve your complaint immediately, ask when you can reasonably expect a follow-up phone call.

Thank You

End your conversation by thanking them for their help. If you have the person’s name you are speaking with, address them by name, “thank you Angela”.

When the problem is resolved to your satisfaction, you may even want to write a simple thank you note. People who work in customer service appreciate this more than you might know.

Use these steps “to your credit” the next time you have a complaint, and you’ll have greater success and results.

My complaint is that Primerica a Financial service company has as an employee a certain woman who does not come to peoples houses to help them get out of debt, no she likes to go to families houses to find husbands who want to fool around, namely with her.
My friend talked to this lady and got some help, so she recommended all her friends to this agent. So far after talking to my friends it seemed that in every case the husband was around she was openly filrting with the men, was clearly more interested in the men than the wives, and for the most part only offered to help the single women. After some comparing notes we deduced she was likely up to something with several of the men on her list including my husband. So we contrived to follow them to see what sort of "recruiting" she was doing.
Turns out on this night anyways, that she met my husband, and one other husband at a motel where all three disappeared into room #8 for about 2 and a half hours.

Now I understand the men were to blame in this, clearly they will get what they deserve at the hands of mine and my friends divorce lawyer. I am not worried about the men.. I am upset this woman will go free and continue to destroy marriages for what ever idea of fun this sick woman has in mind.

SO beware of this agent, she works in the central coast area of California, and pending my ability to bring her to justice I wanted to let you all in on her indentity.

Kind Attn The Head Customer care Sir I have purchased the television model No 29 SL from Navrang Electrionics Vikas Marg Shkarpur Delhi 110091 in 2006. The set was Ok. In FEB'08 one day it STOPPED WORKINGf, I lodged the complaint with Service Branch Shyam pur Extn sahibabad (U.P) my complaint no. is DSA 30029, It was attended by the service Engineer Mr. Israr Khan according to him there was a minor Fault of some Condensor,but during the period the gun fire of television( picture Tube) was broken by the engineer. When i contacted the Service Branch Head Mr. Tyagi he assured me to get arrangement the visit of the Company Engineer (Videocon). After some time the Company engineer visited our residence and confirmed the negligence of service Branch engineer he ordered to replace the Picture tube. But as on date nothing has been done on their side.
