I have been going to the AMC Dine In Coral Ridge 10, Fort Lauderdale since it opened many years ago. I am a resident and local business owner (38 years). I went to see the Color Purple last evening and walked in to a disaster of a movie theater. What a shame and disgrace that your management does not keep up with its cleanliness and fix the broken seats. The arm rest was broken off my seat and I noticed other chairs to have the same issue. My seat was wet and was not cleaned properly. I wanted to change seats and noticed many other seats were wet and dirty. I had to wipe down my seat with a paper towel and soap from the men's bathroom before sitting on it. I noticed other people coming in across from us and they also had to wipe down their seats as well. The cushioning in the seats were all compressed and worn out. The vinyl was all cracked. There was a urine and putrid - musty smell throughout the theater and it was also disgusting.

I cannot believe that AMC permits this to happen with their movie theaters in high volume and populated cities. My back was breaking from the poorly cushioned and worn out seating after watching this 2+ hour movie.

I remember a few years ago when AMC installed the new Dine In experience with plush seats. The theater was immaculate back then and everyone I know went and enjoyed their experience. It is sad to see that the AMC experience at least in this Fort Lauderdale theater turned into a dump. I am so disappointed...I had higher expectations for AMC and now I will hesitate to go back to this theater until they clean up their act. I believe it is in the very poor management working in this establishment. Everything in business starts at the management level and how they take care of their business.

When I go to a movie theater in Boca Raton they are immaculate and well maintained.

I am so very disappointed in AMC for letting this happen to this movie theater that is in my neighborhood.

I bought tickets to see Dune in IMAX at AMC dine in Rio for today 3/3/24 at 12 pm.My order number was [protected] . The audio on the movie was broken as there were no voices. The staff was not able to fix the movie and we all sat there for 15 minutes wondering if they would restart it. No one alerted us to the fact that the movie would not be fixed until we left and went to the front. We were given a guest pass to see another movie. The guest pass says that there will be an extra fee for IMAX which is ridiculous. We were not offered a refund. With the system on the app there is no way to explain this situation to get an IMAX ticket to reserve seats. The employee in charge of projection didn’t even know how to stop the movie. The manager did their best but they were clearly understaffed and ill prepared for a situation like this.

The refillable popcorn buckets sold each year that are good from Jan 1 to Dec 31 in the year that they are purchased are not usable at all locations. Some AMC theater locations do not accept these popcorn buckets and do not even have an option on the till for purchasing or using them. This fact is not indicated anywhere on the bucket or in the advertising for such, deceiving the customer into believing they are usable anywhere. Fraudulent advertising. Bought a Stubs Alist pass with my local AMC thinking I could also use my popcorn bucket there, but was told they don't accept the bucket at my location by my location.

I have two AMC gift cards for $25.00 each. On 1/7/24 I went to AMC Theatres Mountainside, NJ with the intent of using my gift cards. I was informed that the gift cards I wanted to use were old and no longer valid as explained to me by the theater management. Thus, I had to pay cash to see the movie. The two card numbers are listed as follows: [protected] and [protected]. I would like to get replacement gift cards moving forward. The two cards in question specifically state that the card has no expiration date. Please forward current gift cards to me as soon as possible. Somebody used my fathers debit card and stole $80.90 from his account. We talked to the bank and recorded it as fraud as my dad is 90 and doesn't even go to the movies! I want that money refunded back to my father! The date was 11/19/2023. The money was taken from my father's debit card, from his checking account at a bank. He did not authorize this and he doesn't go to movie theaters! Fcfcu called us about it as fraud prevention.

I have been an AMC Stubbs Premiere member since 2012. Today I went to AMC Arrowhead to see Hocus Pocus with my daughter at the 2:30 pm showing. The condition of the theater was appalling and frankly unbelievably disgusting to me. The seats are not only worn but have huge rips in the seat backs. Who knows what unsanitary bugs or dirt is hiding in there. This has been my favorite theater for years but to be honest with you I am not sure I will continue to patronize this theater. My suggestion would be to close the viewing areas until you complete a renovation and open them backup as it is completed.

I enjoin going to see movies in the Big Screen. The problem now is that people are using cell phones, instead of watching the movie, and ruining it for people in the theater. We visited the AmC in Monterey Park often.

to see the movie about the haunting in Venice which being a mystery you need the audience to be quiet.

The people in front of us didn't stop using there cell phones, which, we had to compliant, and loose time from the Movie.

The Wifi needs to be turned off in all theaters or take cell phones at the door.

People need to know there going to see a movie not using there cell phones and interrupting the movie.

Went to watch a n Indian movie last night 09/09/2023. Cinemark Century, 1500 N Shoreline, Mountain View , they have such disgusting seats. AlLL seats in theatre no. 14 are worn out, arm rests are so frayed, rough and uncomfortable , not to mention sooo unhygienic The manager argued that they get the seats sanitized… which is a lie coz when i walked in the guy was still sweeping and collecting garbage from seats so when do they disinfect ?

In all fairness , I complained and they gave me 2 free tickets and let us watch this one for free but still how is this acceptable ? My arms were chafing the entire 2.5 hrs , the only reason i watched was my friend drove from 45 mins away to come watch with me and we didnt wanna waste the evening… still Disgusted ..! Would they have done this with American folks … i wonder!

Popcorn- Initially got stale cold non crispy stuff, upon complaining fresh popcorn was prepared with 12minute of standing over counter missing movie...then popcorn that got handed over were non salted ,blanded ,horrible stuff...pathetic service ever experienced!

Drink - Coke dispenser - Out of stock for original coke flavour, only "iced coke" dispensar working!

Instead of repeated complaints I finally decided to watch movie instead!

By the end of movie i contacted the manager, who offered refill / refund but that is not my idea of getting it.more valuable was my time time and missed movie, wasted energy ,time n money!

Will never order food/drink at this location !

Hope my complaint will be looked into seriously n save other customers!

Took my granddaughter to see Barbie at the AMC theatre 12 in Oakbrook Centre in Oakbrook Illinois on Saturday August 12 2023 at the 2:00 pm

Showing. Spent 35.00/tickets and an additional 35.00 for two medium popcorns and 2 sodas Total 70.00.

The soda out of the kiosk machine was out of Diet Coke and also was warm, no ice was provided. The movie itself was fine. However, the woman’s restroom had no

soap available for washing your hands and out of paper towels.

At the AMC in Barton Creek mall, Austin Texas, AMC has been showing a movie called Passages, which features a fully nude gay sex scene.

This appears to be in violation of Texas Penal Code Section 43.22.

AMC's corporate office is unreachable by phone and therefore unaccountable.

COVID-19 gave them the excuse they wanted to shut down nearly all customer service.

Hello. I purchased tickets for 7/31/23 using two vouchers. Order #[protected]. I canceled the order immediately but the vouchers I used are now invalid. Your website states vouchers have already been redeemed although order was canceled. Please clear/refund the vouchers in your system. I have been going back and forth with customer service and had no response. I would like this resolved immediately. I appreciate your attention to this matter.
