Estelle the area manager is HORRIBLE

I worked for this company for a three good years perhaps more… I used to carry heaps of customers until they change the area manager.

The new area manger called Estelle. I have never ever met someone like her rude, arrogant, stupid, unprofessional, racist,….

I couldn’t tolerate her behaviour, she is very aggressive, and her way of talking and shouting sounds more abusive to the staffs. She threatened them if they don’t listen to her she will remove them from work. I witnessed one of those cases when she threatened my workmate and treated her like an abusive kid at a school in the 17th century. I tried to escalate this and report her to her manager or a higher management level but her colleagues didn’t allow me. They always said pass your complaint to us and they will forward it to the relevant management but that didn’t happen. They are like a mafia. Estelle did lot of odd mistakes, she claimed she removed one of the staffs accidentally from their shifts. The email was very clear that the staff is still working. The email asked her to not remove the shifts. But she did because she’s a...

Last but not least, she abused me verbally and was pretending she didn’t know what is happening… she played the innocent role… I had enough from her … I’m literally sick of her bad behaviour…. I had to tell her to... off and I hanged up the line.

That’s not the end, I will see my legal options and sue her! She has to learn how to be a human.
