Customer Service
I went to one of your drive thru windows, on August 17, 2023, and placed my order, paid for it, with my debit card. They did not give me my card back right away, or the receipt, I had to drive around the Wendys and go in to get my card and reciept, no explanation was given, they just returned my card and receipt, when I spoke to someone inside she just told me I must have pulled off before they could give it to me, No they closed the window on me when I was in the car and left me at the window thats why I came inside to get my card and receipt.
I will never go there again.
Poor customer service
Today I went to Wendy’s on the corner of Queens Blvd NY I ordered 5 ghost pepper sandwich combos. I handed the cashier 100 dollars and she began shouting to someone with a headset and she began staring at the 100 dollar bill and the lady with the headset looked at my money said something to the cashier who proceeded to tell me my money is good however they will not accept it. She mumbled something about a machine being unable to read the note. I paid my 63 dollars with another note and the cashier proceeded to summon the same lady again. At this stage I was about to take my money and leave however they took my money and gave me my change in old notes. I asked the lady who rejected my old note why was my change in old money. Her response was very disrespectful and condescending and she walked off without a proper response. I will never go to Wendy’s again.

I want to complain about sexual harassment, my daughter works on location on 23rd Ave and Camelback. and she has come stating that her supervisor has talked about people getting sex and also many things they talk about staff getting or exchanging intercourse, and they will be talking about sexual stuff between her supervisor and staff. also she has had previous altercations between her and adults my daughter is 16yrs old and she did called the police when an incident arrived and they di not do anything about it, she recently has been asking management to get her schedule back since she started school and they have not responded to her in any type of way, they will always be yelling at her and since she has not been showing up for work because of her school schedule nobody has reached to her to let her now what it's her new schedule, I have tried to contact the corporate a couple of time to get a better answer nobody has ever returned my call regarding this matter, all i know is that my daughter has come home crying because managers and supervisor have made her feel less and I know nobody has ever reached out to me if the matter has ever been resolved. this is a nightmare, these supervisors and managers are only here to explode our children and do nothing when it becomes to harassment or any type of abuse.
Desired outcome: These people need to get out of these positions and have better people that really do care about positions and help staff become better at what they do and service people.

Wendy’s located on Main Street Mohegan lake New York. Sunday August 6, 2023 at 11am. I ordered strawberry salad and blueberry pomegranate drink. Hubby got double burger fries and drink. We had to ask for ketchup napkins and straws. Husband top burger bun was hard. My strawberry’s were old. Chicken was good. Unfortunately my drink tasted like soap. I would not even drink it. Very disappointed. Usually I get a nice meal at Wendy’s. Husband likes Burger King. He’s not coming back. He could not believe we had to ask fir straws and napkins and ketchup. Not sure what’s going on.

Hello, today Aug, 5 about 4:15 pm. My children and I went to your location on 6223 W capital drive in Milwaukee. I order a 4 for 4 with a strawberry frosty, a Large fry, small strawberry frosty and a 5 for 5. When I get to the drive thru window the guy at the window was trying to talk to me asking when can he take me out. This the second time I been here and he has done this. My problem comes once I pulled up and checked my order and my large fry wasn’t in the bag. I got in front of a car so I could get to the window. I told the guy I was missing my large fry. He said that it was rang up with my food. Which the order take repeated it. I asked could I just pay for it at the window. I was told no so I asked why should Inhave to go back and wait in a line when I order something that the order taker repeated to me but didn’t ring it up. I give them back the food I had and asked for a refund. Which took longer than just ringing up a large fry. I was asked for the change back so the manager could give me back my $ 20 bill. Instead why not give me what was owned to me the$12.18. I work in food industry and I run a whole store and I could see if I was in the wrong about what I ordered than I would have went back through that line. So my kids had to suffer until we went to another restaurant because your management can’t handle customer the right way.

July 31st stopped in Wendy's off of I90 in Geneva, Ohio around 5:45 p.m.. went thru drive thru and asked first if the 2 for $5.00 deal still on, she said yes. I ordered 2 Dave's singles. Pull up to paying window and she says, " just to let you know it is buy one get one for a $1.00. I said that is not what you told me when I asked about it and that is not what they advertise on t.v.. So I had to pay $6.69 for the two sandwiches. Why advertise 2 for $5.00 and say we have it then change when you go to pay.
Desired outcome: A response to why the workers have know idea what is going on in there store. Why say you have it and don't honor it.

7-25-23 6:30 pm visit. I was only customer in drive thru. Ordered a salad and burger. Told to pull ahead even though no one behind me but I did. Waited 15 minutes and wondered if they forgot about me. Still no one behind me so backed up to window and asked about it. Manager told me it takes 10 minutes to cook the chicken. So, i finally got salad but not the burger. Manager said he wasn't wearing headset so he had no idea what was going on. Got my burger and left. Pulled into a parking spot and found the burger was totally cold. Pulled back around and asked for a replacement or refund. Was told only manager could do that and it would be awhile because he was on the phone with his wife. Waited and waited again. Manager finally came and when I said at this point I would just like a refund or coupon, he told me he was very busy and could do that if I wanted to wait 2-3 hours. I told him that was not acceptable. I did not yell, swear, or anything other than ask questions and for my missing food or refund. He proceeded to tell me he could have me arrested for sitting at the window waiting for my food because it was against the law. I pulled up again but not to his satisfaction. He told me to leave, I said I would but wanted my food I paid for. I told him I would be making a complaint. He said he gets them all the time but corporate won't do anything about it. He decided not to give me the food I was missing so I finally left. He is awful and I won't be going back. I feel bad for the poor workers there as well. He said he would write them up because they told me he was on the phone with his wife. She wasn't being vindictive about it rather, she was just explaining why the hold up with him coming. She was courteous. He was just plain rude and a bully.
Desired outcome: His behavior should be investigated. However, as he insinuated, he doesn't think anything will be done about it so he will probably just continue to act that way. Taken complaints against him seriously!!
