Wendy’s Wendy's Resturant in Pageland, SC

On Sunday night, October 29th at 7 p.m., I went to the Wendy's in Pageland, SC. My wife was sick, but thought she may be able to eat some chili from there, or maybe a baked potato. Unfortunately, this resturant had neither, and said they were out of both. It was not busy. There were two cars in the parking lot, and four in the drive thru line. This is not the first time I have had that experience at this restuarant, which might explain the nearly empty parking lot. Your company would be better off closing this restaurant rather than having a poor performing restaurant in this area.

Claimed loss: Our bill was $ 20 . 88. Since we did not get what we went there for, this should be complimentary.

Wendy’s Old product

I ordered a taco salad and a large coke. 1. Thru didn't ring up for the coke they had to ring it up after. When I asked for me drink I hear the crew person say she didn't order a drink. Yes I did.

2. Forgot my chips for taco salad had to ask for them. They are outdated use by is 8/5/23 they are stake.

3 they are not nice.

I went to the Wendy's on Main Street by the mall in houma Louisiana because the one on mlk didn't have chili.

Wendy’s Specific Employee at Restaurant #00005396

Dear Wendy’s Corporation,

My name is A. and I have encountered a problem with an employee at one of your Ohio franchise locations. Specifically, the franchise is located at 1372 Lexington Ave of Mansfield, Ohio (restaurant #00005396). An employee named B. has been repeatedly texting my friends when they come into Wendy's and explaining that she had spit in their drinks and was hoping they enjoyed their now contaminated drink. I called Wendy’s on Lexington Ave and spoke to the manager about the incidents and the manager assured me that she would talk to B. Soon after the manager spoke to B, B. proceeded to text my friend once again and explained that the manager thought the incident was comical and B. then proceeded to brag the fact that she would be receiving no disciplinary actions. This blatantly violates the ‘Manager responsibilities’ which include but are not limited to “Keep a close eye on what is happening in the workplace. If you become aware of any conduct that may violate the Code, other Company policies, or applicable laws, you must report such conduct immediately. Managers who do not report violations they either knew about or should have known about may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.” This situation was handled in a manner that directly violated the responsibilities of the managers which is explained on the official Wendy’s website. Wendy’s website claims that “Respect, equality and fair treatment for our team members, franchisees and partners is a central part of our business. And so is giving something back.” I believe that this incident requires some sort of action. If this action will not take place on the management end, I believe that it should be handled by The Wendy’s Corporation itself, I have attached screenshots of the conversation as proof, I hope that you will take your time when reviewing this case as well as keeping me informed as much as legally and morally possible. Please get back to me at your earliest convenience.

Wendy’s Service

Today Oct-19-2023 btw 1-2pm I ordered 4 burger combos and one salad drive through... after arriving at my office I realized that there was not salad, so I had to go back and ask but they said it was not charged so I have to be on the line again and pay. I check my receipt and salad was not charged but donation was charged that I never ask or consent. I call manager and she said she was not sorry at all mistake they made and went away... All I wanted to have was having a good lunch but she ruined all my afternoon. It was awful… I certainly don't deserve such things as a customer. Everybody makes mistake but this manager's attitude was not mistake, I guess she does not care of this business but only her paycheck.

Wendy’s “Undercooked food”

I placed a door dash order from Wendy’s located at 4 Belfast Village Drive Bluffton South Carolina, on October 15th of 2023. My order was picked up at 11:43pm. My order was dropped at 11:58. I took a bite into my sandwich and noticed it tasted not how it usually would. I proceeded to open up my sandwich and saw it was raw and undercooked. I’m very in shock and upset.

I would like to start by saying the food was fine. But the condition of the building was terrible. Upon entering the building the first thing you see is the grease stains on the concrete coming out the door. Wendy’s Service was poor and food wrong

I ordered a taco salad and they gave me lettuce cheese and tomato and said that WAS their taco salad. After I read the ingredients they finally agreed it wasn't. Then I was given chips sour cream and chili to make my taco salad myself. Excuse me? Where is the taco ingredients? You gave me a chili salad! On top of that my husband ordered a cheese and bacon potato. The bacon is no longer in bits? 2 straps of bacon on top of the potato? So now we have to do that for you as well? Please do better!

Wendy’s Food and service

I placed a large order tonight. The cashier was new and looked overwhelmed. The manager kept repeating I’m on fries and was not helpful. There was no direction being given and the whole crew seemed out of place. Several parts of our order were wrong. The Baconator was supposed to have no mayo but it had mayo and the spicy chicken sandwich was supposed to have no tomato only but we received a completely plain sandwich. Our fries were cold and soggy even though fresh fries had just come out of the fryer. Tonight was a total train wreck and I would be embarrassed to have a manager talk to me the way he did to his crew.

Subject: Disappointment and Anger Regarding Neglectful Service

On 10/10/2023 at approximately 11:45pm, I visited the Wendy's located at 351 Washington St, Stoughton, MA 02072. I entered the drive-thru feeling famished and eagerly awaited to place an order. I waited for several minutes and ask for help and also honked the car horn to no avail. I drove up to the window and the clerk had his back to the window talking to two men, who I guess were technicians. Despite being the only customer there, I was completely disregarded by the clerk, who was well aware of my presence. This blatant disregard for my hunger and the fact that they knowingly ignored me is both unacceptable and disrespectful.

Wendy’s Not receiving what I paid for!

Went through drive thru, ordered 4 sandwiches, 2 were meals. Delivering to stressed family, get to kids and only 3 sandwiches.

Tried to call phone number on receipt and it says not available.

2nd time at this location I've been screwed out of what I paid for!

However, this time worse!

Parents in accident, bringing kids food, and bam y'all screwed me again!

Getting orders wrong is one thing, but not even given the food paid for is not tolerable!

How does a franchise have an unavailable phone number?

I will call 888 number tomorrow.

This is not right!

Wendy’s Classic asiago club medium combo

I had a worst meal at wendy's restaurant #[protected] located at 2400 nw 87th ave, miami, fl 33172 (#[protected]). My classis asiago club medium combo ordered at 1:44pm on 10/08/2023 was not fresh and not prepered as ususally done at other wendy's restaurants across the city! and most of drinks were not available! also, unable to get ketchup was not not available. When i pointed these points to hostjuan i was neglected!

Wendy’s Service at Wendy’s

I went to Wendy’s store #[protected] at 634w 14th st Chicago Heights Illinois on 9/30/23 at 4:37 pm there were 6 cars in front of me. I waited 25 minutes before getting my order the line was moving so slow I saw at least 5 cars leave. Then when I got home I found my order was wrong I ordered 2 double cheeseburger combo’s and 1 of the burgers was a single after my experience I did not want to return there very disappointed with my visit.My ticket # is 3230

Wendy’s Serving raw food

On August 27,2023 around 8:30pm I stop by Wendy's on 2825 EL Cajon Blvd. San Diego ca 9210. I order 3 biggie bags total came out to $21.47 when me and my family got home to eat the food, we notice it was raw and gummy and uncooked. my daughter did not feel good the next day so she could not go to school we had to take her to the doctor. I reach out to Wendy's costumer care service to talk to manager about me complaint no one still hasn't go back to me about this problem that occurred.

Wendy’s Wendy’s Restaurant - incorrect info given to customer resulting in extra costs

The Wendy’s at 1730 North Olden Ave., Trenton, NJ 08638, around 12:03pm on today (9/22/2023) said that they do not have small size. I ordered, thru the drive through, two combo meals and requested one of the meals in small size. The employee said that they do not have small. When in fact I have always ordered a size small when ordering myself a combo meal. I got home to look on the app to see if in fact the size small had been discontinued…the size small is still a choice on the app. Whomever the employee was taking the order needs to be retrained or no longer work at a register. Very disappointed she put the size medium through and lied to me, the customer, and was in fact charged for the medium size. The receipt says the host name is Katerina and the cashier name was Angel. I did call the restaurant and spoke to the manager to let them know what happened and she told me I can come back in to the restaurant. However, I do not have time today to return back to that location.

Desired outcome: Reimbursement of the difference between the small/medium size costs and that particular employee reprimanded for giving customers incorrect information.

Wendy’s Service/food quality

Today 9/19/23 I was at the drive thru at store #3154 I was greeted at the first window kindly paid, rolled to the secon window where I was not greeted rather rushed by the female shaking the drinks in my face as if I was taking up her time, then rudely given my bag after I stated to give me a second I was making room. My food was horrible missing items and cold they have no number to call them to I have waited on hold for over 2 hours to make a complaint with customer support

Sunday, September 17, 2023 - about 7pm

Order: 1 Taco Salad, 1 Apple Pecan Chicken Salad, 1 Loaded Nacho Burger

Order Total : Approximately $25.00

Paid at the window, was told to drive up and wait, waited for about 10-15 minutes, got out of my car to go in and get a refund but was given my order. Taco Salad was ok. Apple Pecan Chicken Salad was missing some components. Burger was not included in the bagged order.
