Mr David Scott Mosher and accomplice Nancy Guajardo are using fraudulent credit cards to purchase money orders and other services from different pack and mail stores around us and Puerto Rico and after receiving the checks, they are claiming credit card chargeback to their banks so the issuers of the money orders don't get paid...
