Misleading information /lies
MRI Overseas Property's staff in Cyprus showed me several properties. As I found them all too expensive comparing to their good prices on their website, she decided to show me an off plan appartment reduced by 20, 000 euros from 145, 000 euros to 125, 000 euros. It also only needed a 10% deposit on purchase and a further 10% on completion...

Purchase in Romania
We purchased with MRI in Romania and made it clear from the onset that we had a deposit, which we paid but would need a Romanian mortgage to complete. We were told that a mortgage would be no problem and they would assist us. They have not helped in any way and although we are very credit worthy getting a mortgage in Romania is virtually impossible and we and dozens of other clients who purchased are now about to lose all their monies paid - in our case over £50, 000 !!!...

should contact the MRI victims support website mri-sg. org to read the hundreds of horror stories from victims and recieve updates on actions being taken as well as meeting others in the same boat. DO IT NOW before you are pursuaded to part with more money and before all the European MRI companies are closed down and the MacAnthony's and their pals flee to the USA to carry on the same antics there...

The company was MRI and I'd warn anybody looking to buy overseas property STAY WELL CLEAR!!! They're liars, cheats and out to get as much money out of you as possible. guaranteed rental and MRI will give me know assistance in renting the property and now seem to have vanished off the face of the planet. Misleeding information
anything we are told from MRI. MRI say they have nearly finnished the complex but i have heard very diferent reports. We would like to get money back. Also we paid for rent abroad which is no more but MRI wont even comment on refunds. I am trying to to find out just how much of the development is finnished...
