I have called FWM Laboratories and they will not help me. They said I have to call 1-800-949-0138, I did that and I get the automated phone system. I keep getting hung up on after being on hold for at least a half hour everytime I call. FWM Laboratories is a business. in taking your money under fraudulent pretenses! Your account will be billed before the 14 days. They bill your credit card or debit card under an alias. If you try to contact their phone number you get nobody, and if you actually get to leave a message they never return any calls...

I told her that the phone calls supposedly had been monitored so they could listen to the tapes for the other two dates. When I asked for a refund, she said that only the refund department could do that, but she could not supply me with the number or a person's name...

" You can only return the product if you haven't opened the package" AHA!!! My theory: They open the package and tape it back so when you return it they WON'T give you your money BACK! My review: Your "free" and "risk free" sample will cost you much more than you can imagine!! When you call to cancel you get an automated service that asks you for your billing information and then hangs up on you...

Bureau in Florida for FWM Laboratories. Then I contacted my credit card company and submitted fraud alerts for the three charges. I also had my credit card comany issue me a new number (as if I had lost my credit card) I then called the numbers listed on my credit card statement for each company (2 charges were same company and one charge was the other company) and was able to get through to a person on each of the two numbers and received a cancellation number on the one (from a very foreign sounding person) and was told I would receive an email confirmation on the other one...
