Need advice. I chose Digital Marketing course and was provided by credit. My course didn't started yet. So, my credit provider find another Digital Marketing course provider which I don't want to accept. And they say that they can't cancel credit agreement coz they find something similar for me and I need to chose what they giving to me.
I don't want to accept, can I ?

I still stand by my previous 1* review to which I was immediately contacted by the company 2 months ago to take it down and they will guarantee me PAID work! Clearly I would not be writing this review if I'm happy with the service 360gsp is offering . This is not right to what you doing to digital marketing graduates . After you fire half of your previous staff in 2019, you keep quiet and leave your graduate students to chase up with their progress in the digital marketing industry. Your priority is your students welfare and satisfaction. Clearly I was wrong . Anyone reading this comment do yourself a favour and go to the digital marketing institute website and do the course there for half price of what 360gsp is offering !

360 GSP, I saw the advertisement on line and I filled the form, was invited to the school and was sold this package. They took £150 from me and helped get a loan from a company named afford it now for £2000, the course was for £3500 so I have to put in £1350 minus the £150 I paid the day I got there for the interview. When I got home I tried to research the school and found too many negative review, plus I lost my job. I was sent contracts which I didn't sign, the school wanted all the money up front. I couldn't afford it, I couldn't get anyone to talk to sent many emails no answer. Getting to know later that the 2 companies are in on it as scammers. I didn't attend no class and am in debt for £2000+. This school 360 GAP is a Scam AND The finance company AFFORD IT NOW is in on it too.

Bad lab, bad tutor, bad accent and lack of knowledge
I registered with 360gsp in 8 IT course, there were only one tutor, he orginal Chinese, his accent wasn't understandable and his knowledge was very poor. he reads only from books. One of the courses i shocked when my instructor was a trainer instructor, every time i ask him a question he google it. I had had to wait months between each course to have enough student in the class. i finished seven courses, everytime i was calling them to check when it the last course starts they were saying there is no class. also my work transfer 2900£ to his colloge for a training course, but never start. yesterday he said clearly to me. I own you nothing do what ever you want to do and don't waste my time any more. Mr sher is the manager and i have everything recording between me and him
Didn't give me a diploma
I paid $5000 to 360 GSP College for the MCIPT course. They gave me schedule and I used to finish these courses within 3 months. However, I studied 5 months and I lost my job because of it. They didn’t give me a diploma and this company looks like not registered.

Above information or complains regarding the management of 360 gsp college is absolutely true. They maked unfair complication terms and condition And take student signature in rush.Students gets attracted by their advertisement of IT job guranteed courses or program.But it does not work for every student.They take £1000 or £2000 or £4000 for the job post (depends on courses) If you unable to pass or complete the exams, challenge labs, work experience .with in 3months they dont give back your this money and it is very tough to pass in such short time.Most of students gets fail because of all these things. Even if student get pass exam and all thn also they dont provide job and start argue with them when program is finished.Courses fees are very expensive and waste of money as well.Their Lecturers seems like they didnt worked more years in any IT background company.Instead going there students can read books at home and practice it by watching online videos.As microsoft provides online virual labs for practice and cisco with tracert softwsre.Online courses are also very cheap as well as easy to understand and good enough to know.I have given all information here so other honest and good or descent student like me avoid going there..
Hi. Thanks for the information. Unfortunately i have signed a fixed loan contract and then cancelled but the college wouldn't budge as i accepted the terms and conditions according to them. I have taken everything into consideration though. I also do find it a bit expensive. My question is surely if they dont give back the money then its breach of contract and false advertisement so you liable to take them to court through the Financial Ombudsman?

Can you please tell me, how can we cancel the loan the contract which I already have paid for last 3 months for 36 months contracts( £ 100 each month) . I have found they are very doddy and I have read lots of bad reviews and scams on this 360 GSP.
Reasons:
1. I have came across with their financial loan company, Paybreak LTD. Only I did, I have agreed to pay as installments bepfre the course started. I still did not sign 360 GSP contract yet.
2. Would that be an Issue for me, If I cancelled that Direct Debit payments which go through PAYBREAK LTD.
3. Now they are sending me an email to Sign the contact with them which I did not.
4. When I contacted the PAYBREAK LTD once, they asked me to contact your retailer (360 GSP) to canlcel it. but they are still telling me I already passed 14 days cancellations period on payments plan contract I already signed with PAYBREAK LTD but still have not signed the 360 GSP yet.
** I DO REALLY NEED A HELP TO ADVISE FROM ANYONE OF YOU HERE **

yes I have been mis-sold, they are scammers
I was also contracted with them with silver package.My experience with management is very bad.They cheat with contract with many complication in agreement or terms and conditions.Their instructors are very less experienced from IT industry.Reading books and practice at home is much better, even online courses are better than them.Try to avoid to join their course is my best advice to other student those who are new.They always try to impress student at first time but later you wiil really feel scam about this college

they have foreigner instructor with bad accent and poor knoweldge,
their lab has very old equipment.
first time you go, they make everything easy for and be promised, as soon as you transfer the money, they start breaking their promising

using CBT and leaning books at home is more better than this college,
it is registered company, but look to their account they are loosiing money because of their bad service and lack of knowledge
