I need to find out how it is even possible that I cannot on my current internet contract relocate my line to a new address without being penalized the full amount of the contract. This makes no sense at all.
The company in question is vox telecoms.
I have no intention of cancelling the contract but due to a legality in the property where I was residing I had to relocate.
Please explain how the my internet provider insists that it must remain at the same address
