Further to the engagement the payment and the Breach of Lease Agreement you have attached I would like to share with you my unacceptable experiences with your company Rawson Properties since I moved in at 1016 Kromdraai which was on the 01 August 2023. Below are a few situations I will make mention of:

· All the repairs and maintenance that were identified and were supposed to be done before I moved in were not done.

· For the first 2-3 days I did not house keys, we were using the garage to enter or leave the house

· All the Glass Doors were not properly closing and this was attended only a week ago and still shabby work was done because there is still a problem with them

· To date the sewage pipe in the garage is still leaking and worse after the work was done a week ago – again poor quality work was done to repair the leakage.

· The Swimming Pool to date it is still not done and filled with water. It is not a good scene and it looks very repulsive. It is disheartening and disgusting as it is.

· The keys to the small gate leading to front door of the house was handed over to me 6 weeks after I have moved in.

Paula, this is unfair treatment I am receiving from your company and the owner. All the above were not done and still not done but I am expected to pay. I will also send this email to all parties concerned and find out if this is how this company treat customers.

You are sending me emails and whatsapp pressurising/ threatening me about the payment, have you done the same to the owner? Are putting pressure on the owner to play his part and rectify everything that he needs to rectify?

As is I am not enjoying staying in this house at all…every day in the morning when I wake up I think about all the problems of this house which are not rectified but all am getting are threatening emails. I am tired of talking about all these repairs and maintenance issues which needs to be done and if somebody is sent to come and repair, they make a mess and the problem becomes worse.

I cannot be paying R17 000.00 for the poor service I am receiving . I am not being taken serious by both Rawson Group and the owner and I feel you do not care as long as you get the money . What is good for the gander must be good for the geese. Everything must be fixed and I will make payment of the R17 000.00 with a good and happy heart.

I am not fighting you Paula or Debbie or anyone but I am showing you how unhappy I am in this house with all these repair problems/ maintenance problems which are not done and it now precisely 61 days since I move in.

I need to know when are all the outstanding issues going to be done/ fixed?
