Hello my name is lasandra hightower I come to this McDonald's almost every single day for the past year or so and I have never had any problems with anyone who works here other than this one girl she's black she has curly blonde and brown hair dark skin and you would not give me her name because she know I was going to file a complete on her and she does not wear a name tag so I really don't know her name all I can do is point her out but she has an African accent or something of that descent that's horrible ways about taking care of her customers and if you ask for something after your order has been completed like if you go back up to the counter and ask for more catch up she's going to give you one packet and she's giving attitude. Today I went to the drive-thru window to get an Oreo McFlurry and again for about the 5th or sixth time she filled up my cup only about a quarter of the way with ice cream and then she put a bunch of Oreos on top and I've been coming here for a very long time and I know that I'm supposed to get my cup full of ice cream so I asked her to fix it and she gave pppme the ice cream and it was pouring out of the top sloppy and she acted like she was going to spit inside of my cup so I said you know what this is enough I'm going to make a complete on her because I'm tired of coming here I come here for a good experience I never have a problem with anyone they always make me smile I'm always polite to everyone but this gir I'm so sick and tired of this girl she ruins every experience I have when it comes to McDonald's and she's working I'm going to keep filing complaints until something is done about her because I'm sick and I'm tired of it she has no reason and no right to give me such an attitude and I'm not the only one I've watched it to other people there's no reason absolutely none I try to be so nice to this little girl and she's ridiculous cursing at me and telling me I'm ugly it's ridiculous I'm done I'm absolutely done with it I'm ready to get the restraining order on her so when I come to McDonald's she has to leave because I would like to go and eat my food in peace and not be given an attitude because I would like to go and eat my food in peace and not be given an attitude or talk to crap too by a little girl that works at McDonald's

WE are sorry about Patricia she is as some people might call it a loose cannon. SHe is rude but on the inside she is a kind person. We think that the best possible outcome is if you two go toe to toe in a boxing match and winner gets a 200$ price. If that sounds fair please contact us and we will arrange everything.
