It all started on pickup box that we already paid online. The pickup guy in Modesto named Marvin Tiu can not understand or refuse to understand that the is already paid and just only for pickup. He insisted to get our credit card number so as the code for information and when refused, he left without picking up the box. That same night I was bombarded of messages till past 11:00 PM from a person named Patrick Cruz. Although he showed his LBC ID card on his messages, I am hesitant to believe because all along Patrick phone number was not recognized as LBC STOCKTON phone number. To make my story short, the box was pick up finally the next day. Now, I have two boxes that need to be picked up with confirmation number and I even double confirmation thru 800 number but I waited Monday, Tuesday and Friday but no show and no call. These Stockton LBC employees have unprofessional attitudes that is not acceptable in this kind of business. They ruining LBC’s name whose been in business for a long long time.

Dear LBC Team,

Box was received after 3 months of shipment and the following items are missing upon inspection:

1. Surf Detergent Powder (130 wash) 6kg

2. 16 Starbucks coffee pods (cappucino x4, Caffe latte x 4, Caramel machiato, americanox4)

**Box was not in good condition when received and there was a sign that it had been rummaged.

Pasabihan yang mga delivery raider nyo sa bahay ang deliver hindi sa kapitbahay. May tao sa bahay hindi dun dadalin. Sa kapit bahay ibibigay? Kitang kita house no.

Pakicheck yang gawain nila yan.

Kakawalang tiwala sainyo confidential letter sa kapit bahay nyo ibibigay?

Butas poh tung dalawang jumbo box ko napansin ko nlang after alisin ang laman ako din poh ksi ang ng lagay at ng bukas pag kauwi ko ng pinas pero nakita ko lumuwag n sa gitna at may butas ang dalwang bix n pinadala ko

I have this experience happened just today, July 15, 2022, 3:00 PM. The delivery rider called and said where is my house then I instructed him on how to get here. He is speaking like he doesn't want to deliver my parcel. He seem annoyed. Then he calls me again and said "Pwede ba paabang na lang sa may ginagawang bahay", then I said okay I'll wait there. When he's there, he said "nandito nako sa ginagawang bahay". Like, hello? As far as I know, door to door ang delivery nyo diba? Ineemphasize nyo pa nga yan sa commercials nyo. I understand that they are tired, napakainit, at nahihirapan maghanap ng bahay ng customer. Pero diba yan pinili nilang trabaho e, ginusto nilang maging delivery rider. Pare-parehas lang naman tayong nahihirapan. Sige sabihin nating hindi nya ginusto yan trabaho na yan, kasalanan ko ba yon? kasalanan ba ng customer nyo yon? LBC suggestion lang, sana may attitude assesment din kayo sa paghahire ng rider, para maasses nyo yung mga ganyang ugali. Salamat.

I have concern about my package with a tracking number of [protected]. Today, July 13 2022 i got a message that my package will deliver within the day and i wait. Sadly, I got a message again the same date at 9:45 PM that they try to attempt delivery but my address was incorrect.

I wanted to let you know that the Address that I input is existing. Also my other concern is if they really try to attempt, why they didn't call me for clarifications on my location. I hope you understand. Thank you!

The LBC staff said that the same day delivery's cut off was 10am, nag expect ako and the sender na marereceive ko yon that day. I patiently waited from 9am to 7pm, i still hoped it would arrive at 8pm or 9pm, but no parcel came. I needed it that day, it was an importatnt event. See what i lost? I lost a moment, a "shoud've been" memory. With all the [censored] that's happening in our country, minsan na lang sumaya ang tao pero ipinagdamot niyo pa sa'kin yun. I hope you see my point, i hope you see where this disappointment, anger, and dismay is coming from. I trusted this courier company, but trusting you was a mistake and i would never trust this courier again. Upon checking my tracking number, it was only shipped the following day, and today it was received at Urdaneta Branch with a note that the next update will come within 2 days, and i don't believe anything you say anymore. You can't even contact me, and your landline customer service is really hard to reach, maybe because you have too many complaints because of your service. Chat support niyo hindi man lang makasupport talaga, mas gusto niyo na sa comment section lahat ng complain? Kaya siguro naka-off yung review section niyo because you'll be rated low and be unrecommended. Baka sa susunod comment section naman na sa fb ang i-off niyo. You wasted and is wasting so many people's time.

i ask the staff for the reciept of my package because i doubt that bubble wrap has a separate payment this happens at puregold bacoor lbc branch when i looked at the reciept i only saw the cost of delivery fee it doesnt show how much cost i paid for the bubble wrap he said per bubble wrap cost 15 pesos and he use 8pcs in 1 flate iron that has still styro foam inside because its new and four watches i paid 645 pesos for that and the location is just near my location from bacoor cavite to gma cavite 645 is too much shipping cost, and he also said to me that just add the 120 pesos for the bubble wrappe!

Email customer service is no help whatsoever. Facebook help is no help, either.

Email customer service says "Please be advised that shipment is subject to forward in the destination." and I can make no sense of it. I ask for explanation and get no response.

Sent an important document today, tried checking it but no record was found. This is odd as I just sent a different one yesterday and it came through smoothly and was received today, but now, what happened? Why cant I track my parcel this time? I cannot afford a delay, kindly look into this as this is really urgent. Thank you

Hello I would like to ask what is the meaning of this on LBC tracker? It says, expect delivery within the day on June 15 and 16 but there was not any delivery made?

"Your shipment was not delivered due to payment issues during delivery. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels."

Payment issues from who? From the seller or the buyer? Please resolve this immediately.

Nagsend kami ng balikbayan box last February from USA to Pinas why until now i don’t see any update sa box po namin? It’s almost 4months if you guys gonna do something about this.

This person irritably complained about taking too long for someone to receive my parcel when it has only been 2mins since he called to say that he is at the delivery location. There was no prior notification whatsoever that I have a parcel scheduled for delivery that day so I was at work when he arrived and I had to ask a neighbor to receive it for me.

My grandmother went to your Insular Square Highway Tabok, Mandaue City Cebu Branch on Tuesday June 7, 2022, around 9am, and had 2 separate documents sent to 2 separate addresses - in Paranaque and in Davao. My grandmother already personally labelled each brown envelope with the name and the address of each recepient in a white piece of paper glued outside of each envelope to avoid confusion. We were just informed by the recepient in Paranaque earlier today that the documents that she received was not correct. It has the name and the address of the other recepient in Davao on the label outside the envelope that my grandmother attached, as she sent us a picture of the parcel. My grandmother went to the branch today, June 9, 2022, around 3pm, and the ladies there, who were rude ans condescending, were trying to mislead and informed her that the fault was with the delivery hub in Manila for not sending the correct parcel, when in fact the lady who handled the documents interchanged the labels. I went to the branch to assist my grandmother and informed them what happened, to which they would not admit that they are at fault, telling us that they were very busy at that time, and they just took the 2 documents and 2 labels, and put it in the pouch, without even confirming which document is for which recepient and address.

And the solution that they came up with is to have the recepient in Paranaque contact the driver who delivered the parcel, and inform him to send it to the correct address, which doesnt make sense since the addresses are already correct, just the content of each pouch was mislabeled. And I dont think it's right that we should be spending money again just to send these documents to the correct recipients.

Still i didnt get my order since may 30 lbc said its standard delivery 2-5 days to get my parcel but until now no update in status?
