I have deposited money on their site several times. After losing a few bets, I won the next bets. But they asked me for documents at the time of withdrawal. I sent them the documents, but while I am shocked, they say that my documents are fake. This excuse of theirs is very funny. This is just an excuse not to pay. They do not answer the question why I should use fake documents for my account. While I have all the deposit documents from my bank account.

More than 4 month now things have been hard for me. I barely eat 3 times a day and I had to move in with my parent because I couldn't feed myself anymore.

Now what 1xbet are requesting for is that same document I had upload in my account I should have it sent to their office in mexico from right here in Nigeria after I had uploaded the document to them already. This is going to cost me a fortune I can't even afford. I don't know about other places but here in Nigeria people that send documents through post office are very few nowadays that's why a high price is associated with it. It will cost me more than 25 thousand naira for me to post a document from where I live here in Nigeria to Mexico. I really can't afford that I'm in debt already, I don't eat 3 square meal anymore and life had been really tough for me.

I deposited money Rs20000 through easypaisa wallet on 22 feb to an 1xbet agent named asghar ali but after talking two days to the customer support team and email department and provided all the evidence statement and screenshot etc they said that your payment is not been recieved to us. So i demanded them to please provide the statement or screenshot of that agents account but they denied that its not possible.

Be very careful, they stole my money, just minutes after depositing the money. They closed my account for no reason. Why do you allow these thieving sites to do this with our money?
